Overview
Service Operations Analyst is responsible for day-to-day analysis, participation, and completion of Tier 1 support work in the form of Incidents Requests, support calls and chat. Responsibilities
Provides mid-level technical support to internal users seeking technical assistance and utilizes skills, training, and knowledge to complete in-depth troubleshooting of technical issues.

Scheduled Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8\:00 a.m. - 5\:00 p.m. Additional hours may be required.
Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities\:
This position will manage a diverse portfolio of Distribution Contractor Programs to ensure they are being completed on time, on budget, and in accordance with applicable requirements and processes. These Programs include (but aren't limited to) Joint Use and Pole Attachments, various Inspection plans, and maintenance programs.
The Distribution Program Analyst will oversee multiple contractors to ensure compliance to safety, any key performance indicators as defined in statements of work, monthly reporting including costs to budget, dispute resolution, work order completion, and providing/reviewing supplier scorecards with management and suppliers on a regular basis.
Duties and Responsibilities\:
• Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize and schedule not only daily duties but looking out into next week, quarter, end of year, etc.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external clients.
• Ability to closely monitor procure-to-pay cycles with invoices as compared to budget to ensure programs are running as expected.
• Determine, interpret, and ensure contract obligations and performance measures are being met by all parties.
• Must be able to multi-task and the ability to implement new processes improvements and technology to gain efficiencies.
• Ability to determine data requirements from various systems to ensure all program results are being documented as expected.
• Participate in all aspects of the procurement process and development of contracting strategy.
• Ability to identify, mitigate and manage risk to which the Company is exposed in the procurement and contract management process.
• Provide feedback to help form sourcing strategy.
• Apply analytical and business knowledge, techniques, and procedures.
• Capacity and aptitude to perform quantitative problem solving and measure results through metrics.
Education and Experience Requirements\:
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, human resources, economics, finance or related analytical field. Candidates with at least five years of related experience will also be considered. Related experience includes driving process improvement; experience managing contracts, especially in field operations; experience working with external vendors/suppliers on a regular basis.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Required:
• Proven proficiency in working in MS Office Suite products most notably Excel and Power BI.
• The position requires high stress tolerance, excellent customer service skills, quick decision-making capability, strong analytical skills, strong planning skills, and the ability to hold contractors and work groups accountable to satisfy requirements of the contract.
• Candidate must be flexible, a strong leader, credible with all stakeholders, as well as an effective communicator.

Working Conditions\: Hybrid in office work schedule with in office days Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
