This role is located in either our Pittsburgh or Lake Mary (Greater Orlando, FL) sites. * Please note this shift is for Tuesday - Saturday via 4pm - 12am. Our Production Control team provides 24x7 support for all batch requests and one-time changes. We monitor and enforce defined OLAs and SLAs and handles targeted application recovery supporting multiple Control-M scheduler environments. Production Control processes mainframe and distributed requests, handles abend resolution, maintains exception alerting logic, and works closely with application-aligned support on batch-oriented requirements. The management scope of Production Control includes Production, DR and Test environments and is concentrated on monitoring and recovery elements.
