Review the Missing Product Structure Report and coordinate the set-up of Items, EMs, CSP Modules, and OE Modules in the Site Inventory Organization (IO). Review and release the Missing Product Structure Holds on Sales Order Lines, as necessary.
Run Custom Match report
Ensure there are no customer sales orders on hold (missing structure hold report) that are due for next 90 days using customer request date.
Manage the APC Workflow Notification Routings - Ensure Workflow are issued within 24 hours from date it appears on the MSR and coordinate to complete/approve Workflow in timely manner to meet customer requested delivery date. Coordinate the Level 5 approvals and set-ups in the Advanced Product Catalog Module with the appropriate Division Production Support personnel as requested.
Coordinate timely resolution of issues related to BOM & structures to meet customer requirements.
Update the Item Master File and/or Validation Org (IMF and VLS) with Item set-up, Sales BOM Routings, and structuring information.
Coordinate to determine the appropriate assignment of Additional Specifications to include with Discrete Jobs and Purchase Orders and ensure that the Site Additional Specification set-ups are accurate. Coordinate the communication of Additional Specifications with Manufacturing as necessary.
Determine what additional documentation will be required for the order before it can be released to assembly.
Coordinate to review CSP Sales Order Lines and CSP Documentation for correctness. Coordinate with the appropriate Division Functional Group if corrections are required.
Coordinate to review CSP Sales Order Lines and applicable CSP Documentation to determine if Item set-up in the Site Inventory Organization is feasible from a stocked Item (Make) or if the Item should be procured complete from a Supplier (Buy).
Ensure Bill of Material accuracy to reduce structure errors and to maintain delivery to customer.
Train new employees on how to access the information available in these files.
