* Delivers strong operational performance by executing against Aramark Healthcare, Hospital, State Department and other regulatory agency standards and programs, continually monitoring operations and completing assessments and necessary action plans to provide an optimal, proactive, safely operating facility maintenance program, which drives patient satisfaction.
* Ensures compliance with appropriate safety, OSHA, Joint Commission and regulatory standards.
* Oversight of all hospital utility systems to include: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, energy management, fire safety, life safety and grounds
* Vendor management
* Interacts with Client Management and maintains effective client and customer relations at all levels of client organization, including conducting rounding.
* Identifies Aramark service expansion opportunities.
* Provides overall direction and manages performance for all Facility and Maintenance Supervisors and front line employees, ensuring employee development, engagement and compliance with human resource related policies and standards, including conducting applicable rounding.
* Develops operational component forecasts and is able to explain variances.
* Responsible for component's accounting functions and capital budget program.
* Ensures consistent application and regular use of all ISIS Pro modules to properly manage the operation.
* Ensures compliance with all contract obligations

* Oversee and administer all aspects of facilities maintenance activities associated with the support of buildings, building support systems and related equipment.
* Daily monitoring and tracking of submitted work orders to ensure appropriate prioritization and assignment to staff, contractors and service providers.
* With aid of the CMMS (computerized maintenance management system), define and establish required frequencies of maintenance and service necessary to maintain optimum equipment performance.
* Supervise direct reports, including interviewing, hiring, training, goal-setting, and performance evaluation.
* Inspect and ensure that all maintenance work performed complies with applicable code, quality and service standards.
* Continuously assess short and long term workplace and service demands to ensure correct alignment of staff resources to meet performance and operational requirements.
* With assistance of the Facilities Coordinator, maintain building and equipment files and maintenance records.
* Perform administrative responsibilities including establishing, monitoring and controlling the Maintenance Department budget to ensure spending remains within approved and budgeted levels.
* Continuously evaluate service provider performance for compliance with service contracts and established company performance standards.
* Ensure that safety procedures and practices are adhered to by all maintenance staff, vendors, suppliers, service providers, contractors and any other persons involved in maintenance operations.
* While acting in a lead role, work with maintenance department staff to assess and troubleshoot equipment performance issues.
* Identify root cause and develop proposed corrective and preventive action as required.
* Plan for and manage the installation of equipment as may be required for replacement and new installations.
* Plan and schedule afterhours support of critical systems maintenance.
* On an as required basis respond to building and equipment related emergencies during off-hours, weekends and holidays.
* Identify, implement and monitor energy conservation measures which promote sustainability and reduce operating costs.
* Serve on and partner with the site Safety Committee.
* Ensure that at all times any equipment impacting safety remains in good operating condition.
* Review drawings and provide input as needed for construction projects.

* Minimum ten years of experience with an attained journeyman skill level in a discipline related to the facilities maintenance or construction industry, with four years of experience as a manager / supervisor.
* Requires a thorough understanding of commonly used systems and procedures associated with preventative maintenance, scheduling and CMMS programs.
* Knowledge of major trade disciplines including: heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, electrical and carpentry is essential.
* Ability to read, analyze, interpret blue prints, equipment schematics, and operation and maintenance manuals required.
* Ability to respond both orally and in writing to common inquiries or complaints from employees and organizations internal and external to the company.
* Ability to write operating procedures, employee performance reviews, routine correspondence and documentation internal to the company is required

* The Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Manager position will be based at PAE's various site locations in Iraq.
* This position reports to the Site Operations Manager, and will be responsible for the daily oversight of O&M staff, ensuring professional and quality services are provided to the Customer in accordance with program requirements.
* The additional duties and responsibilities listed below are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive:
* Provide daily oversight and supervision of O&M Services to include:
* Electrical and Electrical Medium Voltage Distribution (overhead and underground), Heating, Air Conditioning and Ventilation (HVAC), Plumbing, Carpentry, Appliance Repair, and Fire Protection systems.
* Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, including employee performance reviews and any other first line supervisor administrative duties required.
* Scheduling of personnel, including shifts and rotations, to maintain acceptable levels of service at all times, including support for short-notice projects.
* Assigning tasks, establishing and enforcing standards of conduct and performance in the work environment.
* Inspecting and auditing in-process and completed work, to ensure work meets SOW and quality standards.
* Plan, organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks under austere conditions, to perform job functions in an orderly manner.
* Ability to manage required staff.

* Plan, organize, and direct activities and operations involved in inspection, maintenance and repair of College buildings, grounds, outdoor, pool and athletic facilities.
* Plan, organize, and direct activities and operations involved in cleaning and maintenance of College buildings and facilities, including classrooms, lounges, offices, restrooms, hallways, pool and athletic facilities; oversee the collection and disposal of waste materials.
* Supervise and oversee the work of maintenance and operations staff.
* Plan and coordinate repair and minor remodeling construction projects; inspects completed projects.
* Prioritize, process, and assign work orders; assure completion.
* Plan and direct grounds maintenance and landscaping activities for College grounds.
* Research and recommend purchase of new equipment and materials.
* Participate in planning, preparing, and administering department budget.
* Manage installation, maintenance, and repair projects in electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and painting; oversee the troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of equipment; and assure preventive maintenance and proper replacement of equipment, parts and components.
* Establish and maintain periodic inspection program of buildings and facilities to assure compliance with applicable fire, safety, security, and sanitary codes and regulations.
* Design, layout, and maintain a building keying system of all campus buildings and maintain a current master keying record on all keys issued.
* Select, supervise, train, and evaluate College trades, maintenance, grounds, and custodial staff.
* Develop and coordinate in-service training programs for Maintenance and Operations personnel.
* Serve on committees as needed.
* Assist and support coordination of facilities planning and construction.
