What you'll get to do as a Business Development Associate at Senspex:
Assume the communication lead in discussions with customers
Develop and implement sales strategies towards improvement of product line penetration with long and short-term profitability
Develop, coordinate, and execute strategies to capture new business
Responsible for the achievement of sales strategy within targeted account(s)
Respond promptly to customer needs, including service needs
Provide recommendations and advice to Top Management on overall sales strategy, support programs and other marketing and sales activities related to new business opportunities
Develop relationships with key supplier contacts
Participate in appropriate events and trade shows to enhance market presence
Conduct presentation and demonstrations of products and services to potential customers
Solicit orders from current and prospective customers, both in-person and through cold calling
Follow up on and process sales leads based on information gathered from trade shows, marketing campaigns, telephone inquiries, and other prospects
Provide customers with the appropriate level of technical, business and service support to insure the continuation and expansion of the company and the complete satisfaction of customers with our products and services
The qualifications we require:
At least 3 years sales experience in a technical field with demonstrated sales growth
Minimum of bachelor's degree with significant coursework in a technical field such as engineering, science, or physics
Strong sales skills that promote product and services the company offers and the ability to showcase technical products, both software and hardware
Must be knowledgeable about technology, and in particular, the ability to obtain expert level knowledge on Senspex products
Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms to users

Salado Isolation Mining Contractors (SIMCO), an LLC of Bechtel, managing and operating contractor of the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant (WIPP) is currently seeking a qualified individual to serve as aFacility Operations Shift Specialist/Engineer (FOSE)and join our team located in Carlsbad, NM.
The successful candidate must complete position qualifications and have the ability to act for the Facility Shift Manager. Apply basic knowledge of equipment and maintenance of equipment and systems under direction of lead engineer. Provide operational support to technical work crews. Maintain applicable operating procedures. Perform routine administrative duties, such as development of purchase requisitions, training materials and completions of operating logs and records. The preferred candidate will possess strengths in the following areas, operation of HVAC systems with digital controls, 13.8kv substations and distribution systems, vacuum systems, compressed air distribution and other systems required to operate the WIPP Site. + Responsible for the Visual Examination of nuclear waste.

+ Interact with Visual Examination Experts and other SIMCO teams to problem solve off normal conditions, new packaging configurations, and unfamiliar waste.
