About the Job:
We are currently looking to hire a Senior Manager, Operations External Manufacturing!
We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager of External Manufacturing to join the Horizon Organic Dairy LLC team, the chosen individual will oversee all operations with our external manufacturing partners across the West (4 fluid milk co-manufacturing facilities) and adjacencies (4 co-manufacturing facilities: a whole milk powdering facility, butter production, and two cheese production facilities). This role is responsible for ensuring that our external manufacturers deliver with excellence across SQCD (Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery). In addition, the chosen candidate will own the full network optimization strategy for their territory and champion all new external manufacturer qualifications including ownership of timely execution of our network optimization strategy which has us existing a sizable existing co-manufacturer (4 facilities, 1 of which is included in this scope).
This is a hybrid position with an expectation of 3 days per week onsite in Broomfield, CO.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Accountable for all manufacturing qualifications, ensuring the timely exit of HOD from an existing co-manufacturing partner.
Champion cross-functional project teams (Procurement, PMO, Quality, R&D, Finance, Brand) assigned to each initiative ensuring excellence in execution and timely delivery of desired outcomes executing our network optimization strategy.
Own operational management of all our external manufacturing partners across the West for fluid and for all adjacencies co-manufacturing.
Set clear operational success criteria across Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery for each external manufacturing partner
Track performance and ensure corrective actions are identified and executed to achieve excellence from our external manufacturing partners.
Collaborate closely with the Horizon operations team (Planning, distribution and logistics, SLC plant, milk procurement, and customer experience) ensuring a clear strategy is aligned for our network to achieve maximum efficiency while serving our customers consistently and reliably.
The base compensation range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 commensurate with experience.
About You:
Education and Experience (Requirements):
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, engineering or relevant work experience.
5 years (or more) experience in an operations field, ideally manufacturing in CPG.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with suppliers, carriers, and customers.

Job Description
Provides daily monitoring and reconciliation of data that impacts the Loan Servicing System's General Ledger System and regulatory reporting. Provides technical and operational expertise in servicing of all Loan Operations deal types including the non-accrual portfolio. Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the Operations Division and CoBank as it relates to system, data, and process improvements/enhancements.
Essential Functions
Serves as a primary Loan Operations resource to perform department reporting and analytics, including but not limited to ACBS, PeopleSoft, CoStar/DMF Tableau, DataMart, and LANSA Client data platforms. Understands ACBS system logic, how we use the system, how the system should be used, and what is commercial or industry standard.
Provides technical and operational expertise in processing and accounting for all Loan Operations deal types including the non-accrual portfolio.
Reviews daily activity for reasonableness and adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, CoBank and Farm Credit Association guidelines.
Reviews various daily control reports for all Loan Operations deal types and resolves out of balance situations and other error conditions that negatively impact PeopleSoft GL and Regulatory reports.
Develops and/or assists in report/query development for use in account servicing and quality control.
Performs quality assurance functions. Works with team to ensure that high quality standards are achieved. Identifies opportunities for quality improvement, and coordinates efforts to improve processes and controls.
Assists management with overall procedure management, assigns and monitors progress of procedures to be updated, periodically reviews and updates procedures, and provides peer review over procedure updates to align with business practices.
Employs advanced interpersonal skills; communicates clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
Education

Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting or relevant discipline preferred
Work Experience

This role requires programming experience and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You must be client-focused and team oriented. In this role, you will be a valued member of our team. This position requires maintaining ongoing relationships with key team members and will require some night and weekend work.Responsibilities:
Designing and develop solutions using Microsoft D365 CE functions and features to meet business objectives
Environment management including deploying solutions, applying updates and refreshing environments
Troubleshooting business application and supporting infrastructure issues
Providing client remote consulting, both functional and technical
Understanding how to obtain customer business requirements and communicate findings
Adopting and learning new technologies
Working and interacting with teams in the configuration of their Microsoft D365 CE system
Managing issues and projects across multiple clients simultaneously
Basic Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or other technical discipline
4+ years of experience with Microsoft D365 CE and the Power Platform
Strong understanding of core CRM functionalities, including Sales, Marketing (Customer Insights), and Customer Service/ Field Service
Proficiency in utilizing Dynamics 365 configuration tools like the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) for extending CRM functionalities
Experience with integrating Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft products (FSC/BC/GP)
Knowledge of development tools like Visual Studio and Dynamics 365 SDK for building custom plugins or workflows
Understanding of web services and APIs for data exchange between Dynamics 365 and external systems
Certification in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
Fluent in English both written and verbal
Proficient in;

SSRS (Fetch XML Based Reporting)

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $85,100 - $161,700
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
