The Role:
A member of the Global Drug Safety & Pharmacovigilance team, focused on safety operations including but not limited to collection of safety information from various sources, SAE reconciliation, quality control of safety data entry, and compliance of individual case safety reports (ICSRs) to regulatory authorities and business partners.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the successful and timely case intake of safety reports and case processing.
Perform both real-time and retrospective quality control of safety case data entry to ensure quality and compliance with the data entry conventions and MedDRA/WHO DD coding conventions.
Effectively manage the daily safety case workload to ensure compliance with regulatory submissions and internal timelines including, but not limited to:
Monitoring the workflow status of safety cases and/or the pending regulatory submissions of ICSRs.
Communicating to safety vendor, safety physicians, and/or submission stakeholders as needed
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and/or provide guidance on questions concerning Safety Operations based on, not only company conventions, but also ICH and regulatory guidance as well as best PV practices.
Ensure the reporting destinations are correctly populated for each safety case and approve a regulatory report for all destinations in the safety database as applicable and proactively identify/resolve issues potentially leading to late reports.
Perform and/or support regular trending and analysis quality data and compliance metrics to identify potential issues and propose long-term strategies for quality improvement or issue resolution.
Review and provide input on behalf of Safety Operations on individual study-specific documents including but, but not limited to, Safety Operational Management Plan, SAE Reconciliation Plan, Data Validation Plan, and Safety Reporting Form Specifications Document.
Perform and/or oversee individual study-specific set-up and maintenance activities like Sponsor eCRF acceptance testing, SAE Reconciliation activities, back-up Safety Reporting Form creation, and supporting the generation of automated line listing reports
Analyze and provide reason(s) for late submission/distribution of safety reports, as applicable
Perform and/or support the timely documentation, monitoring and closure of all owned Quality Events (Deviation, Change Control and/or Corrective Actions/Preventive Actions (CAPAs)).
Develop or update Standard Operating Procedures, Working Instructions, and training materials concerning safety case processing and operations.
Support GVP audit/inspection readiness initiatives and, in the event of an audit/inspection, support the preparation, execution, and responses to audit/inspection.
Lead or participate in Genmab initiatives and projects on Safety Operations behalf

Requirements
Drug Safety professional with minimum 5 years of experience within drug safety and PV inclusive of case quality control and regulatory submissions of ICSRs worldwide.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in science.
Strong knowledge of ICH E2B(R2) and (R3) specifications and entry guidance.
Strong knowledge of pharmacovigilance reporting rules and timelines.
Ability to interpret health and medical records such as adverse event reporting forms, a discharge summary, etc.
Experience with clinical and/or post-marketing case processing, including MedDRA and WHO DD coding and narrative writing.
Experience with safety database; Argus is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience with EDC for clinical trial data collection.

Job Summary:
This position reports to the Manager of Air Operations and is responsible for securing air using our airline contracts and accurately calculating the price to the customer for all retail passengers on all of Collette's tour series. Each coordinator's goals are to obtain the best possible air schedule for our clients, at a reasonable cost to the customer and provide a timely turn around on all requests.
Primary Functions:
Create air reservations for all standard bookings in NEO, where the air server was unable to successfully make an air reservation.
Calculate pricing for all air reservations created to ensure appropriate margins are met.
Work all special requests made on retail reservations in a timely manner.
Responsible for proofing all air reservations created by the Air Server in NEO to ensure all standards of quality are met.
Verify that the reservation was priced correctly according to our contracts.
Verify that the flights chosen meet all time restrictions on the package our customers are booked on.
Verify that all connection times meet standards described in our policies as well as each airlines minimal connection policy.
Request Seat Assignments, Wheelchair Request, Special Meal request or any other special needs with the carriers booked.
Process Frequent Flyer information over to the airline.
Coordinate any changes on retail air reservations and provide a timely turn around on those requests.
Assist with re-protecting passenger's air due to any schedule changes on retail air reservations when the airline has protected the passengers on schedules that no longer meet minimal connection times and/or time restrictions on the tour package booked.
Research all service issues and determine best action for recovery resolution and report back to Manager.
Responsible for covering emergencies on pre-scheduled Saturdays/Holidays throughout the year.

The Vice President of Revenue Cycle Operations at Boston Children's Hospital will provide strategic and operational leadership across core revenue cycle functions, including Financial Clearance, Coding, Revenue Integrity, and Accounts Receivable Management. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Transformation
* Develop and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap to position BCH as a top-performing revenue cycle organization.
* Align strategies across departments to enhance enterprise capabilities in coding, accounts receivable, revenue integrity, and financial clearance.
* Serve as a key advisor and second-in-command to the SVP, Revenue Cycle, providing executive-level oversight across initiatives and teams.
Operational Oversight
* Provide day-to-day leadership and accountability for:
* Pre-Service Financial Clearance
* Coding (Inpatient & Outpatient)
* Revenue Integrity
* Hospital Accounts Receivable
* Ensure achievement of departmental KPIs, including targets for uncollectible rates, AR days, clean claim rates, and denial prevention.
Revenue Performance & Risk Management
* Drive initiatives to reduce uncollectible accounts toward a goal of 2.0% of NPSR (FY27 target).
* Lead strategies to decrease AR days from 80+ to ~70 while improving cash flow and reducing cost to collect.
* Protect and optimize BCH's $3B+ annual revenue through strong controls, visibility, and accountability.
Talent & Succession Development
* Mentor and develop Director and Senior Director-level leaders to ensure operational excellence and leadership continuity.
* Build bench strength within mid-level management to support organizational growth and succession planning.
Collaboration & Integration
* Partner with Clinical Departments, IT (Epic), Finance, Health Information Management, Patient Care Services, and Foundation entities to align integrated revenue strategies.
* Drive collaboration between hospital and physician revenue cycle teams to enhance transparency and overall performance.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field required; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or related discipline) preferred.
* 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in revenue cycle operations, preferably in an extensive academic or pediatric health system.
* Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-functional teams and large-scale revenue cycle transformation initiatives.
* Proven experience managing hospital and professional revenue cycle functions, including coding, AR, revenue integrity, and financial clearance.
* Expertise in Epic and modern revenue cycle technologies, analytics, and automation strategies.
* Strong financial acumen with understanding of healthcare reimbursement, DRGs, denials management, and payer dynamics.
* Knowledge of compliance and full revenue cycle operations in complex healthcare environments.
