Must have a proven track record of motivating and leading individuals and groups.
Experience in working in a union and nonunion environment preferred.
Demonstrated strong financial acumen.
Negotiating and selling skills a plus.
Master's in Business Administration a plus.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
