These include: B.S./M.S./Ph.D. degree in Engineering (Environmental, Civil, Chemical preferred) or science-related field (Geology or Earth Science preferred), or related environmental science discipline. 10+ years of experience in environmental consulting. 5+ years' project or program management experience in a consulting environment. 5+ years' experience in infrastructure construction, due diligence, land use permitting, utility planning, engineering, environmental site assessments, or risk management in a consulting environment. Direct experience with projects in data center. operations/mission critical facilities, permitting, technical due diligence, or risk assessment experience strongly preferred. Undergraduate and or Masters degree in applicable disciplines preferred (e.g., engineering, physical science, construction management, urban planning, or architecture). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort interfacing with client managers and technical staff. Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy. Proven track record of sound decision making, taking ownership, and delivering results in a leadership role. Relevant professional licenses and/or certifications.
