Accountable for technician hiring, on-boarding, training, and scheduling. Monitors and holds pharmacy technicians accountable for timely training completion. Follows established policies and procedures set by the company for scheduling and training.
Accountable for identifying gaps in pharmacy operations knowledge among team members and supporting those team members in their training, either through hands-on training or assignment of learning modules.
Assists Pharmacy Manager in monitoring that all pharmacy and team member licensures, registrations and certifications are active and in good standing/ compliant with all regulatory and legal requirements. Leverages Walgreens resources such as Walgreens Online Verification System to assist in documenting licensure status.

DEPARTMENT SUMMARY: The St. Charles Trauma Program offers extensive coverage from the Columbia River Gorge, east to Idaho and down into parts of Northern California. Our hospitals are affiliated with AirLink for emergency transportation. The SCHS serves nearly 2,500 trauma patients annually. Services include definitive trauma care for severely injured patients with 24/7 support from the AirLink & Life Flight Network Critical Care Transport helicopters and fixed-wing airplanes, as well as many ground ambulance agencies.
POSITION OVERVIEW: The Trauma Process Improvement (PI) Coordinator - RN will represent the St. Charles Bend Trauma Program and will build and strengthen relationships with state and regional agencies and medical facilities involved in the care of the trauma patient. Evaluates the care of the trauma patient via chart and data review and acts as liaison between Trauma Services and other departments within the SCHS such as ED, ICU, OR, and Pediatrics. Provides bidirectional communication, as well as loop closure on clinical, communication, or relationship issues by attending department, agency, and facility meetings and addressing specific problems as they are identified.
Responsible for co-implementing the St. Charles- Bend Trauma PI Plan, along with the Trauma Program Manager and Trauma Coordinator, following up on PI issues and documenting all loop closure in the Oregon Trauma Registry (OTR). The PI nurse will serve as a program liaison to the Trauma Registry staff and be responsible for writing and interpreting registry and quality reports, identifying trends and developing solutions to address problems with the quality of trauma patient care.
Serves as the primary contact for the St. Charles- Bend Trauma Registry when interacting with customers. Responsible for clinical data registry activities including case finding, abstracting and coding of clinical data in accordance with State, Federal, The Joint Commission (TJC), American College of Surgeons (ACS) and other Registry guidelines & requirements. Responsible for preparing and submitting hospital and patient data to the State and National Trauma Registries.
This position does not directly manage other caregivers, however, may be asked to review and provide feedback on the work of other caregivers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:
Serves as Trauma Program representative and primary contact for the Trauma Registry.
Performs chart review, participates in and evaluates trauma team performance, M&M case review, system and regional loop closure.
Works collaboratively with other departments to ensure proper event assessment, process improvement, and loop closure, and documents and evaluates the process.
Establishes systems working with clinical departments, as well as referring facilities to retrieve and review clinical data for abstraction.

* Provides detailed information to City staff, other agencies, and the public regarding case related functions, requiring thorough knowledge of court regulations, policies, and procedures.
* Explains proper methods for completion of court documents and forms to defendants and the public; reviews incoming forms and correspondence for accuracy and completeness.
* Organizes, maintains, and retrieves court documents for judges, attorneys, staff, and the public.
* Prepares correspondence to notify defendants of plea dates, inquiries about cases, and payment of moneys owed to court.
* Checks in defendants for court hearings and verifies that the judge receives the correct court papers.
* Initiates and processes removal of suspension orders, warrants and release of defendants from custody.
* Assists judge in the courtroom; records all case dispositions during court proceedings; and collates completed files.
* Coordinates the daily preliminary docket process.
* Provides support and back up to all other team functions.
* Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries from the public and other agencies.
* Organizes and maintains court trial calendar for jury and non-jury trials, hearings, or arguments; coordinates juror activities.
* Completes standard letters to notify defendants of dates, hearings and other court activities; processes requests for court appointed attorney and other documents.
* Verifies that judges receive correct court papers for hearings.
* Develops and maintains accurate and timely record-keeping systems and databases; assures inclusions of all pertinent information; assures compliance with court records requirements.
* Maintains security and custody of court records; complies with public record law and court procedures in the release of information to the public.
* Prepares and proofs forms, letters, court documents, orders, statistical reports and other documentation.
* Composes correspondence in accordance with established procedures or instructions.
* Monitors and processes court referrals for various court programs.
* Processes a variety of court documents, including sentence orders, motions, orders, appeals, and in-custody papers.

Minimum Qualifications
Experience
Two (2) years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in court/legal setting, social work/social services, payment processing, including work with vulnerable populations and/or complex public interactions.
Education
* High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
* Preference for fluency in Spanish language may be given.
* Course work or experience in court/law/bookkeeping preferred

Must pass a criminal background check.

Working Conditions
* This level has a work environment with varying levels of risk mitigation measures. Possible exposure to personal and health risks, hazards or obstacles. Job conditions are usually comfortable, with only seldom issues of temperature change, or incident of noise.
* Frequent challenging and complex interactions with hostile and aggressive court patrons due to trauma, housing status, mental illness and/or substance abuse, these interactions may take place in-person, on the phone, and/or via email.
* The work schedule is stable and often does not fluctuate, but has the occasional need for overtime or after-hours work.
* Requires minimal physical effort such as extended periods of standing may be required. Must be able to occasionally lift, move or carry objects up to 25 pounds, light lifting, carrying or movement, etc.
* Work includes a variety of daily use of computer and office equipment.
What to Expect from our Selection Process: Applicants are screened based upon their relevant knowledge, abilities, skills, experience, and training. Job Description
Peterson Power Systems has a need for a Project Management Coordinator based at our Hillsboro, OR location.
SUMMARY
Working with the Mission Critical Global Accounts team, the coordinator assists the Project Managers to track and dispense information among all stakeholders internally and externally. Provide overall administrative support to the project team for the day-to-day activities including but not limited to; initial job set up information and budget input, administration of purchase orders and compliance documents, review of vendor invoices and service reports, change order tracking, job cost review and customer invoice preparation.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

* Own the project accounting process within specified timelines.
* Create and update project schedules.
* Track and manage incoming documents from vendors, clients, field service.
* Keep detailed project notes from meetings.
* Liaise with clients and vendors to identify changing job conditions.
* Oversee project procurement management.
* Communicate daily with Project Manager(s) for specific needs to eradicate obstacles.
* Ensure QA/QC procedures are adhered to.
* Prepare billing packages in accordance with customer P.O. instructions.
* Keep all stakeholders up to date with appropriate project information.
* Organize meetings, conference calls, on-line video calls.
* Research vendors and outside resources.
* Research local code requirements, schedule inspections.
* Provide cost saving ideas.
* Operate company or personal vehicle as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree from a fully accredited college in Business or other closely related field; and a minimum of two years of directly related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Must possess a valid motor vehicle operator's license, with an acceptable driving record and have access to reliable transportation.
