Role and Team
As part of the Operations Team, reporting to the Operations or designated manager, provide and record accurate information on vehicles being checked into the auction.
Responsibilities
Using a handheld device, input vehicle information including the VIN number, miles, owner identification, vehicle options, repair orders and any other pertinent information.
Verify the VIN number being entered matches the VIN number on the shipper's Bill of Lading.
Generate Stock-In sticker & Auction Sale Sticker (Vehicle Run Number) and apply it to the window.
Write vehicle run number on the window.
Issue new run stickers for vehicles not sold in prior week's auction and input information into AuctionTrac.
Check gate passes to ensure vehicles are authorized to exit property
Observe departing vehicles to guard against theft of company property
Greet customers at the gate and provide prompt and courteous service
May perform security functions such as securing the gates, patrolling the lot, securing buildings, Verify only authorized individuals enter the property. Sound alarms and notify authorities in case of emergency
Maintain good operating condition of all equipment and facilities, including handheld devices and printers. Notify manager of all breakdowns and maintenance needs

Role and Team
As part of the Operations Team, reporting to the Operations or designated manager, provide and record accurate information on vehicles being checked into the auction.
Responsibilities
Using a handheld device, input vehicle information including the VIN number, miles, owner identification, vehicle options, repair orders and any other pertinent information.
Verify the VIN number being entered matches the VIN number on the shipper's Bill of Lading.
Generate Stock-In sticker & Auction Sale Sticker (Vehicle Run Number) and apply it to the window.
Write vehicle run number on the window.
Issue new run stickers for vehicles not sold in prior week's auction and input information into AuctionTrac.
Check gate passes to ensure vehicles are authorized to exit property
Observe departing vehicles to guard against theft of company property
Greet customers at the gate and provide prompt and courteous service
May perform security functions such as securing the gates, patrolling the lot, securing buildings, Verify only authorized individuals enter the property. Sound alarms and notify authorities in case of emergency
Maintain good operating condition of all equipment and facilities, including handheld devices and printers. Notify manager of all breakdowns and maintenance needs
