Chemonics seeks an Operations Coordinator to support the Supply Chain Management (SCM), Management information Systems (MIS) and CLEAR (Communications, Learning, Evidence, and Analytics for Results) teams in the Global Health and Supply Chain Division. Responsibilities:

+ Assists in responding appropriately and quickly to requests for support from internal and external clients; follows established policies, processes, and procedures

We are seeking a Facilities Business Operations Coordinator to support Facility service contracts, budget, and financial administrative activities. Assisting Engineering and Facilities to support vendor service operations and repair of facility and laboratory equipment used in biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Providing logistic and administrative support for vendor service documentation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Develop and maintain annual maintenance and service budget reporting.
* Process and reconcile planned and unplanned facility and laboratory equipment maintenance costs.
* Maintain equipment financial records and history files for all facility and laboratory equipment, in accordance with FDA / cGMP compliance guidelines.

* Assist in packaging and shipment of depot level equipment maintenance.
* Assist in maintaining a spare parts inventory for facility and laboratory equipment.
