The Franchise Operations Specialist (FOS) will work closely in partnership with Franchise Business Consultants (FBC) and Division Vice President (DVP) to actively provide operational support to franchisees and in-store teams. The Franchise Operations Specialist is responsible for hands-on support designed to improve and evolve all systems, resources and processes in order to achieve operational goals at Divisional and National levels. The FOS role must be able to effectively support new and existing stores and transitions, take ownership of operational components and program initiatives, enhance same store sales growth, and consistently deliver required training in the field.
Specific duties & responsibilities include:
In-Store Training: Coach store teams on brand-specific processes and best practices, with a strong focus on delivering best-in-class customer service.
Franchisee Onboarding: Partner with new franchisees to ensure successful initial setup and seamless implementation of brand procedures and standards.
Special Events: Support the rollout and training of new company initiatives, coordinate vendor training sessions, and assist with regular franchisee meetings and conferences.
Analyze and act on operational data from the POS system to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities
Review and interpret Profit & Loss statements to support financial performance and accountability
Facilitate group training sessions for store-level teams and franchisees
Develop and deliver engaging presentations using PowerPoint and other tools
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications to manage schedules, reports, and communication
Adapt quickly to various POS platforms and internal systems
Support multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously, maintaining a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years in an automotive service management or multi-unit operational role (preferred)
Strong understanding of automotive store operations, customer service processes, and team leadership
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Experience with reading and analyzing POS reports and P&L statements
Strong presentation and communication skills; comfortable speaking in front of groups
Technologically fluent, with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly
Self-motivated and organized; capable of independently managing a dynamic workload with shifting priorities
Able to travel extensively (up to 85%) across multiple states, including some nights and weekends

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Field Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Site Superintendent and Field Team on projects for Cupertino Electric, Inc. They are responsible for executing a variety of high-level administrative tasks, including managing union workforce onboarding, payroll, resource tracking, and dispatch coordination. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to operate efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced construction environment. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems.
**Union New Hire Onboarding** : The role involves ensuring compliance with I-9 requirements for all new hires, coordinating site orientation and badging for all field employees, and assisting new employees with the onboarding process. This includes facilitating required orientation videos and providing support to users on their tablets. Additionally, the position requires maintaining accurate records of onboarding processes and ensuring timely updates.
**Payroll Management** : Payroll management responsibilities will include entering and submitting timecards weekly for all field staff while proofreading entries to prevent payroll errors. The role also involves providing payroll reports that include incentives, per diem, and corrections, as well as sorting and distributing paychecks to ensure on-time delivery.
**Resource Tracking** : As a Field Operations Coordinator, you will track attendance and workforce resources on-site using Procore Workforce Management, conduct daily roll calls to verify staff presence, and manage dispatching, terminations, and personnel update (PARs) requests.
**Administrative Support** : Lastly, you will be involved in consolidating and submitting daily reports to key stakeholders, managing IT requests, and providing basic IT support for field staff. Responsibilities include ordering supplies through Amazon, coordinating catering for events and meetings, assisting with maintaining safety training records using Vairkko, filing and maintaining site records as needed, and performing basic office housekeeping as required.

ROLE of the POSITION
This position works under the Executive Director for Student Affairs Finance, the Budget Coordinator is responsible for the comprehensive coordination, management, and reporting of budget, financial, and administrative, functions across the UNLV Division of Student Affairs with a dedicated focus on the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs (VPSA).
This position leads and coordinates the annual divisional self-supporting budget preparation process, including the development of budget presentations, divisional statistics, and financial reporting for the division's annual report. The Budget Coordinator serves as a primary subject matter expert for the University's ERP (Workday) and internal budget practices, providing essential guidance and training to divisional leadership and operational unit finance personnel.
Key responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing budget and financial activities across the division's four operational units and the VPSA office, preparing various budget and financial reports and projections, and contributing to financial proformas for student fees, commission-generating activities, and capital projects. The role contributes to the creation and maintenance of the division's auxiliary unit business plans and audits contracted business partner revenues. Furthermore, the position identifies and recommends cost savings or other financial efficiencies, manages divisional monetary transfers, and coordinates Workday financial security access requests.
The Budget Coordinator also provides direct budget fiscal and human resources leadership for the UNLV Scarlet & Gray Free Press, including budget preparation, student worker hiring, payroll coordination, expense management, and reporting to its advisory board. This role is instrumental in developing, maintaining, and ensuring compliance with divisional budget and finance policies, advocating for divisional priorities with university budget and finance departments, and coordinating financial planning calendars and external funding source tracking.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires a Bachelor's from an accredited college or university as recognized by the United States Department of Education and/or the Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and 1-3 years' experience. Credentials must be obtained prior to the start date.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking candidates for the position of Project Management Coordinator. The Project Management Coordinator provides administrative, customer-facing, and cross-divisional support to the Project Management Office (PMO). This role ensures accurate documentation, facilitates communication, processes customer orders, and supports finance and RMA activities. Acting as a central point of contact, the Project Management Coordinator helps keep projects organized, customers informed, and internal teams aligned.

Project Coordination & Communication
Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and customers.
Schedule meetings, document action items, and ensure information is disseminated effectively.
Organize and attend meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.
Serve as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Prepare reports and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
Ensure project activities comply with organizational policies and regulations.
Risk Support
Support the identification of potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation plans.
Customer & Sales Support
Process new orders with accurate and timely generation of sales orders.
Provide order acknowledgements and confirm ship dates to customers.
Inform customers of any shipping delays and provide alternative delivery dates as needed.
Provide customer support related to order status and inquiries, facilitating information exchange between customers and internal teams.
Finance & Accounting Liaison
Assist in managing bookings, billings, and backlog for designated accounts.
Manage non-recurring engineering order line items, working with finance, sales, and PMO to track status and ensure invoicing.
Maintain awareness of customer account aging and support finance/sales management with credit release issues that may prevent shipments.
RMA & Cross-Divisional Support
Support Return Material Authorizations (RMA) processing for repair and attend RMA status calls.
Work closely with satellite offices (domestic and international) as needed.
Communicate with divisions, including Accounting, Production, Supply Chain Management/Planning, Logistics, RMA, and others.
Assist Configuration Management in generating and controlling documentation, acting as a liaison to the sales team and PMO.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, administrative support, or related field
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
High School Diploma or GED with relevant experience.
Proficiency in ERP software (Epicor or SAP ERP experience preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
ENVIRONMENT:
Indoors/Engineering Labs/Manufacturing Floor
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when working on the manufacturing floor, including, but not limited to, eye, ear, and foot protection.
Ability to handle and lift objects weighing at least 25 lbs.
