Key Responsibilities:

• Recommends value added repairs based on the condition and value of consigned vehicles; builds timely, high-quality estimates as identified by commercial account requirements.

• After repairs are approved, ensures that suggested repairs are marked as repaired within AutoIMS to generate a new AutoGrade.
• Moves vehicles through the reconditioning process including Body, Mechanical, and Detail in preparation for sale.

• Responsible for timely and thorough communication with commercial accounts regarding conditions, recommendations, and all matters pertaining to their consignments.
• Designates and ensures vehicles are ready for scheduled sale dates and ensures vehicles are prepped and staged for sale within the required timeline.
• May move and stage vehicles throughout the facility in support of auction operations.

• Deliver first-class customer service in line with company values and standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly; escalate issues to management as needed.

JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges.
JOB SUMMARY - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
As a technical advisor and/or group leader, a Field Operations Specialist II provides field operations control, coordination, and direction to current and future customer base; performs complex assignments in austere remote areas with widely varying duties; and contributes to meeting program objectives in a variety of unique and conventional methods.
Employee will be responsible for the following functions/duties:
Independently perform a range of field operational tasks involving designing, locating, and developing remote areas for testing and training applications
Contribute to development of the design specifications, analyses, or design reviews for complex projects
Coordinate and work closely with logistics, financial, and project management to meet customer requirements
Verify and comply with test plan and customer test/training objectives within the parameters of safety and security
Prepare, deliver, and submit technical papers and perform operational studies
Support development of customer testing/training proposals and provide comments on technical/operational level of effort of proposed scope of work
Conduct testing/training objectives with project director
Direct interface and liaison with customers at all levels to comply with requirements and specifications, from inception to final test activities
Conduct site visits and experimental investigations and analyze problems, methodically determine cause/effect, propose solutions and alternatives, and provide recommendations and solutions in real-time
Maintain program schedules, status reports, budgets, plans, and other administrative tasks
Perform other job-related duties, as required.
REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE
A bachelor's degree or completion of equivalent academic, military, or vocational technical training and a minimum of six years of directly related experience in a similar operational environment are required for this position.
In addition, a Field Operations Specialist II must possess the following qualifications:
Familiarity with the government organization, structure, and supply (mandatory)
Intimate familiarity with the area in which operations are conducted
Extensive knowledge of special equipment locations and capabilities, areas of population, Military Operating Areas (MOAs), Explosive Ordnance Disposal, and Range operations
Knowledgeable of the Sandia Corporation, rules for the use of restricted air and ground space, the Range utilization periods of foreign national military agencies, and Red/Green Flag operations
Knowledge of local area procedures including incident/accident procedures, unauthorized personnel entry contingency plans, and other local operating caveats required to conduct an effective and viable test/training program
Extensive knowledge of what constitutes a hazardous mission and the coordination steps to ensure safety
Ability to conduct a multitude of functions under stressful conditions in a constantly changing environment
Good verbal and written communications skills.
SALARY
The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 to $100,000 annually.

JOB SUMMARY - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
Provides field operations control, coordination, and assistance to current and future customer base. Work performance contributes to meeting program objectives in a variety of unique and conventional methods. Performs complex assignments in austere remote areas with widely varying duties. As a technical advisor and/or group leader, methodically determines cause/effect, reaches conclusions, and recommends a solution in real-time. Must have the ability to conduct a multitude of functions under stressful conditions in a constantly changing environment.
Independently perform a range of field operational tasks involving designing, locating, and developing remote areas for testing and training applications
Contributes to development of design specifications, analyses, or design reviews for complex projects
Coordinates and works closely with logistics, financial, and project management to meet customers' requirements
Complies with the test plan and customer test/training objectives within the parameters of safety and security.
Supports development of customer testing/training proposals and provides comments on the technical/operational level of effort of the proposed scope of work

Directs interface and liaison with customers at all levels to comply with requirements and specifications, from inception to final test activities
Conduct site visits and experimental investigations and analyzes problems, proposes solutions and alternatives, and provides recommendations

REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE
A bachelor's degree or completion of equivalent academic, military, or vocational technical training and 4 years of directly related experience in a similar operational environment are required for this position.
In addition, a Field Operations Specialist I must possess the following qualifications:
Familiarity with the government organization, structure, and supply (mandatory)
Intimate familiarity with the area in which operations are conducted
Extensive knowledge of special equipment locations and capabilities, areas of population, Military Operating Areas (MOA), Explosive Ordnance Disposal, and Range operations
Knowledge of the Sandia Corporation, rules for the use of restricted air and ground space, Range utilization periods of foreign national military agencies, and Red/Green Flag operations
Knowledge of local area procedures including incident/accident procedures, unauthorized personnel entry contingency plans, and other local operating caveats required to conduct an effective and viable test/training program
Extensive knowledge of what constitutes a hazardous mission and the coordination steps to ensure safety
Ability to conduct a multitude of functions under stressful conditions in a constantly changing environment

SALARY
The expected salary range for this position is $75,000 to $87,000 annually.

* Obtain aircraft/equipment availability date from maintenance (MX) to inform planning.
* Coordinate and implement short notice schedule changes to ensure full mission coverage.
* Assist with determining ground, flight/terminal control, and simulator schedule requirements for initial qualification, mission qualification, upgrades, continuation training, and currency based on syllabus requirements, student progression, aircraft/equipment availability, airspace/range availability, and weather.
* Track live, simulated, and academic training requirements to facilitate accurate scheduling as directed by the DO. Schedules shall be based on experience to mitigate Operational Risk Management (ORM).
* Coordinate with Operations Support Squadron (OSS) and outside agencies to facilitate exercise and special event scheduling requirements (e.g. Flag Exercises, Weapons Evaluation, Weapons School Support, etc.).
Qualifications
