The D4 End States Organization oversees safe and compliant operation of the several Hazard Category II Nuclear Facilities. This significant responsibility includes the retrieval, characterization, and packaging of legacy facility materials and equipment for on-site disposition, stepping out of Authorization Basis documents, shutting down facility systems, and preparing the facilities for demolition and ultimately performing demolition of the facilities and remediation of the remaining waste sites. Our team is seeking a dynamic Operations Specialist to help us achieve our mission of this uniquely challenging project.
The duties of the D4 Ends States Operations Specialist include, but not limited to:
* Provide overall technical support for the D4ES Operations and Field Operations teams
* Provide administrative support for the implementation of Conduct of Operations at D4ES facilities (i.e., support required program surveillances of Timely Orders, Miscellaneous Facility Tags)
* Support operations with facility/asset protection processes (i.e., access control, security requirements)
* Assist with the management and monitoring of Ops/project compliance with Safety Management Programs, to include:
* Nuclear Safety
* Criticality Safety
* Rad Con
* Environmental
* OS&IH
* Fire Protection
* Training
* DOE Orders (Con Ops, property management, personnel training and quals, etc.)
* Implementation verification of Hanford site, HAMTC, company, state, and federal standards, processes, and procedure requirements within D4ES Operations.
* Support with the implementation of requirement changes based on Nuclear Safety basis document updates
* Support with streamlining existing Operations procedures and processes at the program and project level.
* Facility surveillances & associated requirements (Environmental, DOE, Nuclear Safety, etc.)
* WIDS site management (process, track surveillance program requirements)
* Support in the management of facility, equipment, and WIDS deficiency tracking and corrections
* Act as Ops procedure Technical Authority (TA)
* Development of new and revision of existing procedures (including drafting, editing, revising, and performing comment resolution) for high hazard nuclear facilities
* Facilitate hazard analysis and procedure planning meetings. Participate in field/equipment walkdowns.
* Work with FMs/RMs/workers and other TAs to ensure procedures are written with appropriate level of detail for the training, qualification, and experience of the workers.
* Coordinate input from craft and SMEs from multiple orgs involved with planning and performing field work using company procedures. Ensure workability by end user.
* Maintain communication with support organizations to assure timely and efficient work in alignment with operational priorities
* Assist with communicating Operations priorities/field schedule
* Maintain current knowledge of field conditions at the work sites, the status of ongoing work, and any changes in work priorities
* The candidate will be mentored to allow growth in a variety of Operations tasks
Basic Qualifications
* Senior Level Grade 19: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 9 or more years of relevant experience.
* Principal Level Grade 20: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 10 or more years of relevant experience.
The higher posted level has greater scope, complexity, authority, impact. The level offered to the selected candidate will be based on the needs of the company and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience.

Compensation & Benefits
In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates.
Expected annualized pay range based on full time schedule (40 hours per week):
Salary Ranges:
* Senior Level Grade 19: $104,200 - $166,650
* Principal Level Grade 20: $114,700 - $183,450
In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Field OperationsCoordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Site Superintendent and Field Team on projects for Cupertino Electric, Inc. They are responsible for executing a variety of high-level administrative tasks, including managing union workforce onboarding, payroll, resource tracking, and dispatch coordination. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to operate efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced construction environment. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems.
**Union New Hire Onboarding** : The role involves ensuring compliance with I-9 requirements for all new hires, coordinating site orientation and badging for all field employees, and assisting new employees with the onboarding process. This includes facilitating required orientation videos and providing support to users on their tablets. Additionally, the position requires maintaining accurate records of onboarding processes and ensuring timely updates.
**Payroll Management** : Payroll management responsibilities will include entering and submitting timecards weekly for all field staff while proofreading entries to prevent payroll errors. The role also involves providing payroll reports that include incentives, per diem, and corrections, as well as sorting and distributing paychecks to ensure on-time delivery.
**Resource Tracking** : As a Field OperationsCoordinator, you will track attendance and workforce resources on-site using Procore Workforce Management, conduct daily roll calls to verify staff presence, and manage dispatching, terminations, and personnel update (PARs) requests.
**Administrative Support** : Lastly, you will be involved in consolidating and submitting daily reports to key stakeholders, managing IT requests, and providing basic IT support for field staff. Responsibilities include ordering supplies through Amazon, coordinating catering for events and meetings, assisting with maintaining safety training records using Vairkko, filing and maintaining site records as needed, and performing basic office housekeeping as required.

Oversight, coordination, and review of commissioning technical activities including: a) System, Structure and Component functional requirements; b) Safety, risk reduction, and reliability designs; c) Test instructions; d) Work execution in the field; e) Process and procedure compliance; and f) Fulfillment of technical test requirements.
Support the Commissioning Joint Test Group (CJTG) by: a) Performing technical reviews of startup/commissioning engineering activities for adequacy and reliability; b) Ensuring compliance with established criteria and sound engineering principles; and c) Identifying omissions, discrepancies, inadequacies, and nonconformance with approved criteria.
Support DOE readiness activities;
Oversight of contractor readiness activities;
Perform physical inspections and walk downs of the plant;
Document oversight and identify compliance deviations and improvement opportunities that were observed in accordance with ORP management system procedures;
Follow-up on issues, findings, and other areas of concern;
Participate in meetings as required by the COD functional lead, including the preparation of meeting minutes as needed;

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Experience directly interfacing with client senior management;
Knowledge of DOE program and project management practices, policies, and procedures with specific emphasis on specifically DOE O 425.1D and DOE O 413.3B;
Experience in commissioning a highly complex nuclear and or chemical facility with a particular focus on electrical test activities (electrical system design experience would be preferential);
Experience in oversight or performance with nuclear facility operations, maintenance, startup, commissioning, readiness, and training programs or processes;
Excellent writing and communication skills;
Experience supporting programs and projects with analysis, tracking, monitoring, assessment, review and coordination;
Comprehensive, professional knowledge of engineering principles and fundamentals;
Extensive experience using MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and other MS Office tools;
The ProSidian Commissioning and Operational Readiness Specialist shall maintain proficiencies in the following via periodic training:
a) HGET; b) WTP Site access; c) Computerized Maintenance Management System; d) Smart Plant Foundation and Smart Plant for Operations; e) WTP site qualifications including LO/TO if necessary; and f) Radworker training at a level to allow full facility access once the training is required.

Qualifications
The Commissioning and Operational Readiness Specialist shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/Power point) and related tools and technology required for the position. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. SCHEDULE: As needed, when the shelter is activated due to temperatures at or below 20F; or at 25F or below with precipitation; typically, 8- to 10-hour overnight shifts between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. as needed during active period through March 15, 2026 (no minimum hours guaranteed). Actual hours will vary based on weather and shelter activation decisions.
This position is open until filled. We accept and review applications on a rolling basis, with priority given to applications received by 8 a.m. on Wednesday, January 7, 2026.

JOB SUMMARY: This seasonal position provides direct oversight and operational support for Walla Wallas Warming Shelter. The Warming Shelter Coordinator ensures safe, welcoming, and compliant shelter operations for individuals experiencing homelessness during extreme weather conditions (conditions). Responsibilities include supervising shelter activities, coordinating volunteers, monitoring compliance with safety protocols, managing client interactions, and maintaining accurate records. The role also includes client engagement, conflict resolution, and collaboration with community partners to ensure effective service delivery.
The Coordinator works evening shifts of an estimated 8-10 hours, between 6:00 pm and 8:00 am . This is an on call, as needed position; work hours will vary depending on weather conditions and shelter activation.
OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Shelter Operations & Oversight:
Ensure shelter is set up and ready to operate according to BMAC and Walla Walla Housing Authority policies, safety standards, and any applicable partner agreement.
Open and close shelter according to BMAC procedures; secure facility upon closing
Issue appropriate, respectful, and timely lights out and wake-up announcements
Distribute any needed supplies according to BMAC procedures
Sweep, mop, wipe surfaces, take out trash, and perform other cleaning tasks as required to maintain a safe and sanitary environment throughout the shift. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow appropriate protocols if cleaning bodily fluids.
Monitor all areas, including sleeping areas and restrooms, periodically throughout the night or cleanliness, safety, and adherence to capacity limits
Respond to emergencies and coordinate additional resources or support to respond to issues as needed
Maintain a calm, respectful atmosphere for all clients
Client Engagement & Support:
Complete shelter intake, as needed, including professionally and accurately documenting client information and orienting new client to shelter policies and procedures
Help create a welcoming and supportive environment for all clients
Address concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
Apply de escalation, crisis intervention, and non violent communication techniques to maintain a safe environment for clients, volunteers, and staff
Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients
Work individually and as a member of the shelter team to engage in effective de-escalation in potentially dangerous situations
Connect clients with additional resources and referrals when appropriate
Volunteer Coordination:
Work with designated staff to recruit, schedule and support volunteers during shelter shifts
Provide orientation and guidance to volunteers on shelter procedures
Administrative & Reporting:
Maintain accurate attendance logs and incident reports; all reports should be completed and submitted by the end of each shift.
Assist with data entry and reporting for program outcomes
Participate in team meetings and required training sessions
Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience
Relevant experience and/or education may be substituted for either education or work history.
High school diploma or GED; Associates degree in Human Services or related field preferred
Minimum two (2) years experience in social services, customer service, or client-facing roles
Experience working with individuals in crisis, including use of de escalation or crisis intervention techniques, strongly preferred
Experience working with people experiencing homelessness or at-risk of becoming homeless; and/or work experience with the public in a healthcare or community/social services setting
Bilingual (English/Spanish), strongly preferred

Conduct of Operations (ConOps) Specialist - Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant Project (WTP) - GSSC Candidates shall work to support requirements for RFQ FY22-SB13 WTP Support R1 Amendment 1 Swim Lanes and statement of work (SOW) while maintaining required qualifications with relevant Government, Public Sector and Infrastructure (Nuclear and Environmental) Sector experience (functional area experience also ideal). ProSidian Team Members (# FTe's: 0.5) work as part of the Engagement Team Cadre to provide Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant Project (WTP) support services as part of general support services for The US Department of Energy (DOE), RichlandOperations Office (RL) and Office of River Protection (ORP) and the DOE Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant Project (WTP).
1. Provide oversight of conduct of operations.
2. Provide oversight of contractor system design review program.

The Conduct of Operations (ConOps) Specialist - Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant Project (WTP) - GSSC shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position.
1. Education - BS/BA degree in engineering, science, or business management.
2. Experience - Six (6) years of directly applicable successful experience as a management consultant or senior manager interfacing and working with organizational executives and senior management, or senior technical or business individuals, within government or industry on significant management, technical, or business issues.
3. Demonstrate familiarity and relevant experience or ability to perform under Hanford or other government agency procedures.
4. Demonstrate familiarity and relevant experience or ability to perform DOE-ORP Orders/Standards such as facility operations, maintenance management of a nuclear facility, related training, and certifications.

The Coordinator works evening shifts of an estimated 8-10 hours, between 6:00 pm and 8:00 am . This is an on call, as needed position; work hours will vary depending on weather conditions and shelter activation.
OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Shelter Operations & Oversight:
Ensure shelter is set up and ready to operate according to BMAC and Walla Walla Housing Authority policies, safety standards, and any applicable partner agreement.
Open and close shelter according to BMAC procedures; secure facility upon closing
Issue appropriate, respectful, and timely lights out and wake-up announcements
Distribute any needed supplies according to BMAC procedures
Sweep, mop, wipe surfaces, take out trash, and perform other cleaning tasks as required to maintain a safe and sanitary environment throughout the shift. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow appropriate protocols if cleaning bodily fluids.
