Requirements Successful candidates will bring: • Experience working with adults, youth, and families with complex behavioral health needs. • Clinical leadership or program administration experience in behavioral health, integrated care, or community-based services. • Knowledge of trauma-informed care, harm reduction, co-occurring treatment, and evidence-based practices. • Strong understanding of Medicaid/Medicare billing, documentation standards, and clinical workflows. • Experience with regulatory compliance, audits, QA systems, and corrective action planning. • Ability to lead through complexity, develop systems, and guide staff in fast-paced environments. • A Master's degree in a behavioral health field is preferred; clinical licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) strongly preferred.
