What Will You Do:

* In addition to rooming patients, you will complete chart prep and assist with minor procedures.
* You will also perform patient follow up, surgery scheduling, assist with referrals, and conduct prior authorizations.

Minimum Requirements*:*

POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Plant Operations Director for the Sheridan, WY plant will be responsible for implementing manufacturing policies and programs that guide the plant in maintaining and improving its operations, competitive position, and profitability. This role has direct oversight over safety, order entry, procurement, manufacturing, quality, and engineering, and will work collaboratively across the entire organization to ensure sales needs are met. Successful candidates will direct and coordinate these activities so that approved products are manufactured on schedule and within quality standards and cost objectives.
This plant currently has 150 hourly employees operating multiple shifts. The plant primarily produces vacuum delivery systems along with the associated vacuum producer and filtration equipment and accessories. Processes include metal bending, forming, welding, assembly, laser cutting, wet paint, powder coat, electrical assembly, rotating equipment assembly, packaging and shipping. This is a non-union operation.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership
Provide leadership and development to the team and create an engaging environment with clear responsibilities, defined goals and objectives, and visibility to weekly progress reporting.
Work collaboratively in a matrix organization:
Partner with sales on demand planning to ensure that the upcoming needs are planned and able to be met and products are shipped on time, accurately, and completely.
Oversee manufacturing engineering and keep up-to-date on equipment changes, additions, and modifications.
Prepare the annual budget, including capital expenditures and direct preparation of cost control reports, cost estimates, manpower, and facilities requirements forecasts.
Process Improvement
Transform company culture to one of Continuous Improvement and Accountability. Develop, recommend, and support lean manufacturing principles and CI throughout the facility.
Formulate and install standard manufacturing practices based on comparative studies of methods, costs, and production figures.
Identify and develop process improvement champions in the organization. Continuously review and improve efficiencies and processes.
Procurement and Quality
Direct the manufacture of products at the lowest cost consistent with established specifications as to quality and quantity.
Establish inventory controls and ensure inventory turn metrics are achieved.
Work with procurement to review quality reports. Ensure that suppliers are meeting company quality standards.
Work with procurement to create a sustainable supply chain and monitor for continuous improvement opportunities.
Participate as a member of the Quality Assurance Team and work with the team to ensure quality metrics and countermeasures are implemented.
Management and Communication
Lead managers on the floor. Be a visible leader, set goals, and instill a sense of urgency.
Recruit, retain, and train qualified associates, build energy in the team, and share success.
Communicate through shift start-up meetings, special events, and regular town halls so that the entire team is aligned with the goals, progress, and successes of the local operation.
Maintain employee training programs and oversee training implementation.

THE PERSON
Education
A Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering with a specialization in Production or Manufacturing-related discipline from a university or technical school. Additional certifications, such as ISO, Six Sigma, and IATF, are highly desired.
Experience
Minimum of 7 to 10+ years of progressively responsible experience managing manufacturing in an industrial environment.
Likely have progressed from Operations Manager to Assistant Plant Manager to Plant Manager.
Strong background in Lean, including Process flow, 5s, inventory reduction, Six Sigma, quality, and value stream mapping.
Operational knowledge of Production methods [Kanban, 5S, Hoshin, TPM, ERP].
P&L / Cost Center responsibility. **The Role**
The Senior Director, Business Operations is responsible for supporting the Accelerate and Growth Team (CRO Business Operations) by driving clarity, alignment and execution. This role enables better decision making, identification of key focus areas, and progress tracking of top initiatives aligned with regional, functional, and corporate objectives as outlined in the 3-Year Operating Plan.
**The Main Responsibilities**
+ Manage the Business Operations team, including:
+ Risk management: maintain the enterprise risk register and lead mitigation strategies
+ Rhythm of business: develop and manage operating cadences across the organization
+ Leadership planning: design and facilitate workshops, offsites, and strategic sessions
+ Confidentiality: uphold discretion across sensitive initiatives and communications and surge needs
+ Recognition and culture: drive employee engagement and recognition programs
+ Executive communications: shape messaging and engagement strategies across leadership, build and manage executive communications concepts
+ Develop and refine the management system to ensure visibility and accountability across business objectives, including financial and operational leading indicators
+ Serve as a critical adviser to leadership, helping progress key objectives and solve challenges across the enterprise
+ Design instrumentation to assess performance against targets, refine strategic vision, and identify improvement opportunities
+ Operate as a member of the management team, contributing to short- and long-term planning to meet annual goals
+ Plan, organize, and execute externally focused business strategies using programs and processes that optimize performance
+ Create executive-level messaging and presentations, representing leadership priorities across the Lumen organization, including:
+ Storyline design and executive messaging
+ Workback plans and stakeholder alignment
+ Presentation creation for Board of Directors, earnings calls, and enterprise-wide engagements
+ Provide oversight and create linkages for cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment and momentum across the senior leadership team
+ Other duties as assigned
**What We Look For in a Candidate**
+ Bachelors' degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
+ 15+ years of related experience 10+ years management experience, including in a commercial organization
+ Recognizable as a leader by possessing outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with a broad set of executives and constituencies
+ Strong results orientation with demonstrated track record of success
+ Strong presentation and negotiation skills

**Compensation**
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors
Location Based Pay Ranges:
$171,447 - $228,596 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
$180,020 - $240,026 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.
$188,592 - $251,456 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.

Job Description
The Student Financial Services Operations Manager at Idaho State University (ISU) serves as a critical leader responsible for the comprehensive management of student accounts, billing, collections, and compliance activities. This position directly oversees the daily operations of the Cashiers Office and Collections, ensuring financial accuracy, adherence to university policies, and federal regulations regarding student financial aid and refunds.
The Manager is responsible for the entire student accounts lifecycle, from building and maintaining tuition and fee assessment rules in the ERP system (Banner) to managing third-party contracts, processing payments, handling collections, and ensuring the timely issuance of 1098-T Tax forms. The role demands strong fiscal management, a proactive approach to process improvement, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service to students and external partners.
This position is not eligible for new visa sponsorship at this time. Candidates who already hold valid U.S. work authorization may be considered.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Cashiers Office and Collections, ensuring accuracy and compliance with university policies.
* Proactively look for opportunities to improve processes and promote excellent customer service in Student Financial Services.
* Ensure timely preparation and delivery of 1098-T Tax forms to students and the IRS.
* Receive authorizations from 3rd party agencies, government entities, and organizations for tuition payment. Apply authorizations, invoice organizations, and ensure the timely collection of amounts guaranteed by third party sponsors. Reconcile account balances to the amounts reported by outside agencies that administer the programs.
* Manage and supervise all billing of student charges (tuition, fees, late charges, and charges from other departments).
* Build and maintain tuition and fee assessment rules in the ERP system.
* Regularly review various payment and collections reports to identify trends and propose strategies for improvement.
* Perform cash audits in the Cashiers Office.
* Assess monthly late fees and send regular communications to students regarding past due balances.
* Train end users on the TouchNet payment system and proper payment handling requirements including proper and timely preparation of deposits.
* Reconcile Barnes & Noble Book Bundle invoices with student charges and ensure timely payment of invoices.
* Manage the student refund appeals process.
* Oversee the application of financial aid credits, other credit balances, and the refunding of resultant credit balances on student accounts in accordance with federal refund requirements.
* Add short-term loan charges to students' accounts.
* Complete term setup in Banner prior to fee assessment for each semester.
* Maintain class fees and ensure class fee amounts and detail codes are correct.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
* At least three years of experience performing account reconciliations and other similar accounting functions.
* At least one year of direct supervisory experience or operational oversight.
* Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service, with the ability to lead customer service efforts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with leadership, faculty, and staff at all organizational levels.
* Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate financial information in a concise and professional manner to various stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 2 years of progressively responsible experience in higher education.
* Experience using Ellucian Banner or similar ERP systems.
* Experience identifying process improvements and effective solutions.
