RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead new product development projects initiated by Product Management and assigned by the Design Engineering Team Lead. Design and develop component parts, assemblies, and finished products. Enhance and refine existing products to increase competitiveness in current markets. Coordinate product testing efforts with internal teams and external vendors. Collaborate with design team members on large-scale projects. Produce detailed 3D models, drawings, and documentation for assigned projects. Update and maintain standard BOMs for new and revised products. Develop and implement engineering standards for both new and existing products. Conduct FEA analysis to validate and improve product designs. Partner with fabrication, welding, and production teams to ensure manufacturability, quality, and efficiency. Assist in the design or procurement of fixtures required for new products or refined processes. MUST HAVE: 0-5 years of experience in a design engineering field Solidworks/AutoCAD experience Bachelors in mechanical engineering or other elated field TERMS: This is a direct hire position that pays from $55,000 - $70,000.
