The Tailings Facility Engineer (RTFE) is accountable for the safe, sustainable, and compliant management of the Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) and associated water systems for a dam built with cycloned sand with a centreline construction method. This technical and leadership role will oversee tailings design, deposition planning, dam safety, governance compliance, environmental and permitting, and long-term risk management. The position acts as the key interface with the Engineer of Record (EoR), regulators, technical reviewers, and senior management, ensuring that the facility meets or exceeds internal and industry guidelines, as well as all permitting requirements and relevant regulations.
