Minimum qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages with data structures/algorithms.

* 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, and launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design/architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

* Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.

* Security Clearance (Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) with Polygraph).

* Experience with Large Scale Distributed Systems, Linux, Active Directory, ServiceNow, etc.

In this role, you will assist in launching and supporting deployed Google Distributed Cloud Hosted (GDCH) implementations.

Responsibilities

* Design and develop software and tooling that enables managing the whole GDCH stack as "Infrastructure as Code".

* Manage the lifecycle of operational components (e.g. ticketing system, bug tracking system, monitoring and reporting system, Active Directory, etc.).

* Automate and streamline the specific components deployment and configuration through full automation.

* Develop zero downtime upgrades of the components through patch.

* Enable seamless scale of the systems through sector scaling of the components over time.

- Data quality / completeness check frameworks to identify the useable data segments in the massive datasets

- Reference system signal processing to generate ground truth information (using neural networks) in an automated way and integrate it into the data pipeline.

Job Requirements


- University degree (BSc or higher) in a technical area: Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related; or equivalent experience (3+ years) in software development
- 3 years of relevant job experience (devops, data operations engineer)
- Hands on SQL knowledge
- Hands on experienced in Python development
- Good command of English language
- Willingness to work independently and as part of an international team

Nice to have:

- Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services experience (might be in scope of the project on the long term)
- Experience with agile development methods

Job Summary Under general supervision, performs a variety of work in the general maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, HVAC systems, and electrical trouble shooting of equipment. Perform related duties as assigned. Second Shift: 3pm through 11pm
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Any one position may not include all of the listed duties, nor do all of the listed examples include all tasks which may be found in positions within this classification. )
Possess Knowledge of central air condition plants and boiler plants, air handling units, pumps, fans, and related equipment.
Responsible for the inspection and adjustment of HVAC components, monitoring and balancing of interior air flow and temperature.
Operation of computerized building control systems.
Locate, diagnosis and correction of equipment malfunctions.
Monitor and adjustment of chemicals used to treat water systems.
Investigate complaints regarding equipment and maintain daily log sheet recording equipment operating conditions, and miscellaneous repairs and maintenance.
Assists in obtaining quotes and arranging for services of outside vendors as needed.
Annotates and updates work logs for specific site requirements.
Activates and deactivates building alarms and responds to alarm calls during and after regular work hours.
Qualifications:

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Maintains clean, safe, and orderly work sites.

Complete required OSHA 10-hour, Shop Talks, safety training and specialty training courses assigned by management.
Complete and close work orders in a professional timely manner.
