* Automate and streamline the specific components deployment and configuration through full automation.
* Develop zero downtime upgrades of the components through patch.
* Enable seamless scale of the systems through sector scaling of the components over time.

Job Summary Under general supervision, performs a variety of work in the general maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, HVAC systems, and electrical trouble shooting of equipment. Perform related duties as assigned. Second Shift: 3pm through 11pm
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Any one position may not include all of the listed duties, nor do all of the listed examples include all tasks which may be found in positions within this classification. )
Possess Knowledge of central air condition plants and boiler plants, air handling units, pumps, fans, and related equipment.
Responsible for the inspection and adjustment of HVAC components, monitoring and balancing of interior air flow and temperature.
Operation of computerized building control systems.
Locate, diagnosis and correction of equipment malfunctions.
Monitor and adjustment of chemicals used to treat water systems.
Investigate complaints regarding equipment and maintain daily log sheet recording equipment operating conditions, and miscellaneous repairs and maintenance.
Assists in obtaining quotes and arranging for services of outside vendors as needed.
Annotates and updates work logs for specific site requirements.
Activates and deactivates building alarms and responds to alarm calls during and after regular work hours.
