This may include working with local govt site processes for scheduling maintenance, ingress / egress of hardware to the site, supporting COMSEC, and disposition of equipment, as required. * You will support the Site Lead with any facilities requirements and other needs that may impact the cloud infrastructure or network * You will assist in the collection of metrics for analysis, briefings, or other needs as directed by the Program Director or government customer * You will serve as alternate liaison with the program manager and factory support personnel * You will be required to be on call, with shared responsibility, for any contingent maintenance support to the datacenter infrastructure * You may assist in the interview, training and onboarding of all new site team members, if applicable * Power Data Center peripherals on/off (as instructed by Tier 2 or Tier 3) * Responsible for development and maintenance of operational procedures, tasks and processes related to level 1 operations and maintenance of the system Qualifications Required Qualifications: * Associates degree and 10+ years of experience in a Systems Engineering related field; OR bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 8+ years of experience in a Systems Engineering related field; or a master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 6+ years of experience in a Systems Engineering related field. Additional Four (4) years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree * This position requires the candidate possess a minimum of Top-Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI. The candidate must maintain the clearance. * You have at least 2-3 years in an engineering role, especially supporting or managing data centers or comparable critical infrastructure in an operational space. * You have a strong ability to communicate with business/technical staff and comprehend complex technical concepts * This role requires both independent contribution as well as the ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams. * Meet DoD 8140 foundational requirements for a System Administrator or Technical Support Specialist with a basic or intermediate proficiency. As a Building Engineer, you are primarily responsible for ensuring proper, safe, and efficient operation of the air handling systems and associated equipment. This position will also maintain mechanical equipment throughout the Museum, and upholds policies and standards related to care and maintenance of historic and non-historic structures.
