Demonstrated proficiency in 3D CAD Modeling experience, preferably SolidWorks and NX. 2 to 4 years of CAD experience within a manufacturing environment. Understanding of engineering principles and design practices. Desire to work in a “hands-on” environment. Knowledge, Education, and/or Experience Preferred Experience in the marine industry. Experience with the development of composite parts. Knowledge of composite molding process. Experience with technical drawings and documentation. Ability to trailer a boat and operate. Physical Demands Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature occasionally. Must be able to bend at the waist and knees and stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift 25 pounds when necessary. This is a safety-sensitive position.
