What You'll Do

Assist with expense tracking, project monitoring, and operational reporting.

Role Overview: Provide first-line operational support to UAS clients and aircraft operators by managing initial service requests, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring the timely delivery of all required services to support seamless operations and encourage repeat business.

Coordinating with CAAs, Agents, Handlers, FBOs and associated third party vendors to follow up specific requests, ensuring attention to detail throughout the process.

Use company systems and references at all times, so as to capture latest information and maximize efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum three years' hands-on experience in business aviation Trip Support Operations is required.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties
* Writing, formatting, editing, and updating instructions and procedures to be used by project managers and engineers for project execution.
* Creating, modifying, and presenting data from MS Excel spreadsheets used for project management and business analysis.
* Assist project managers and engineers in inspecting and documenting completed equipment packages and ensuring that final documentation is accurate and ready for delivery to the customer.
* Review and research both project and vendor deliverables to determine if projects are on schedule.
* Review project schedules for accuracy and completeness.
Other Responsibilities:
* Follow up on material requisitions from Fabrication.
* Assist Project Managers on all projects on most aspects, including the job closing process.
* Use software to enter and modify the Bill of Materials, set up custom items for the purchasing of Engineered items.
* Supports the fabrication process for new and used packages.
* Assist Project Managers in reviewing, approving, and verifying that Engineering files and parts books are complete for each unit fabricated.
Qualifications
* Minimum of two (2) years of college coursework completed in a mechanical engineering, mechanical engineering technology, or industrial distribution or related engineering field.
* Sophomore credit equivalency (30-59 hours) with a GPA of 3.2 or higher.
* Must be dependable, highly motivated, and self-directed.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint.
* Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
* Proactive thinker and self-motivated.
* Strong time, project, and organizational management skills.
* The ability to work independently.
* Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
