PURPOSE STATEMENT * To ensure hygiene standards are maintained in the manufacturing areas to enable safe production of foods with accordance to company standard. This role is based on working 0700 - 0700 Saturday and Sunday Base pay £16276.20 plus shift pay £600.00 per annum KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES * Ensure that all cleaning activities are carried out with accordance to company cleaning instruction cards within the determined cleaning frequency. * Ensuring all cleaning chemical preparation and dilution are with accordance with company cleaning instruction cards and correct chemical usage for the application. * Ensure that the correct cleaning equipments and materials are used for the determined cleaning activities. * Ensuring all cleaning records are completed to company standard and any non conformity are raised accordly with the Technical Services Manger. * Ensure that upon completion of scheduled work, the area(s) / item(s) / machinery etc is handed back and signed off as fit for purpose by Production Line Manager. * Ensure that all hygiene stock is adequately maintained and the correctly replenishment. * Assist in cleaning chemicals and material stock taking. * All duties must comply with COSHH regulations and correct PPE are worn during all activities. * Ensure handling and storage of, chemicals, raw materials and end products comply with company, quality, safety and legal standards. * Report any pest issue or cleaning equipment defect to the Technical Services Manager immediately.
