Key Responsibilities

* Kaizen/Project Leadership: Manage multiple operational excellence Kaizen efforts/projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams and resources. Develop project charters, define deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure execution aligns with strategic objectives.
* Process Analysis & Improvement: Lead end-to-end process assessments, mapping, and redesign using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Agile. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and root causes, and develop actionable recommendations that drive measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior leaders, middle management, and front-line employees to understand business needs, secure buy-in, and drive change adoption.
* Change Management: Partner with Site leadership to design and implement change management strategies, communication plans, and training programs to facilitate seamless transitions and maximize adoption.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to inform recommendations and measure project impact. Present findings and insights to diverse audiences through compelling presentations and reports.
* Best Practice Sharing: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging practices, disseminating knowledge across a network of manufacturing sites and within the Operational Excellence management consulting roles team.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a closely related discipline.
* 8+ years of progressive experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, or operations leadership roles preferred
* Professional certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), or equivalent methodologies.
* Demonstrated success leading transformation projects with measurable business results, achieved through cross-functional collaboration.
* Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities, supported by advanced proficiency in process mapping, data analytics, and visualization tools.
* Outstanding communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.

Under direct supervision, the EHS Intern performs a wide range of Safety and Health disciplines to implement workplace safety and industrial hygiene processes compliant with DuPont EHS standards, OSHA and other local, state, and federal regulations with focus on key continuous improvement initiatives.
