**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Internship Program at Cupertino Electric, Inc. is a 10-to-12-week program designed to expose undergraduate and post-graduate students to various aspects of CEI's core markets: Commercial, Data Center, and Energy & Renewables. The program offers students unique opportunities to contribute to real-world projects and make meaningful industry connections. Although we are headquartered in California, we have major projects and offices in many other states including Ohio, Iowa, Wisconsin, New Mexico, and Utah.
_Below is a detailed example of responsibilities an intern may participate in or contribute to during their time with CEI:_
+ **Estimate Phase** : Creating a bid strategy, getting quotations, and writing proposal letters.
+ **Pre-Construction:** Negotiating contract terms, creating an original budget and schedule. Creating a plan with the production team to address; efficiency, logistics, and materials. Organizing all documents and drawings, selecting subcontractors and holding a job start meeting.
+ **Construction:** Managing materials, submittals, and change orders. Maintaining activity logs, managing materials, vendors, and subcontractors. Writing documents including RFI's and notice letters. Monitoring project progress, including cost and safety.
+ **Closeout:** Managing closeout documents, commissioning equipment, and returning excess material.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Process Engineer Intern or Co-Op to further develop and scale our PFAS Annihilator SCWO technology. The position is based in Columbus, OH. The role reports to the Chief Technology Officer. How an internship or Co-Op would be different with Revive than other companies is we give real world challenges to solve to each team member, interns and Co-Ops included. Your work would be on a project that has meaningful contribution to Revive as a growing young company, and the learning opportunities are fast paced and mission critical.
Key Responsibilities for your projects could be:
Lead the process design and scale-up of Revive's PFAS Annihilator system. This could include development and optimization of PFDs, P&IDs, process simulations, and performing mass and energy balances, etc.
Drive continuous improvement of SCWO reactor and salt separation subsystems to enhance throughput, minimize fouling, extend service intervals, and improve overall system availability.
Provide engineering support to field operations by resolving emergent technical challenges across the fleet; conduct root-cause analyses and implement durable corrective actions in collaboration with site teams.
Specify, size, and select process equipment including high-pressure pumps, heat exchangers, valves, blowdown systems, and instrumentation with a focus on SCWO service conditions and corrosive fluid handling.
Support and participate in process safety activities such as HAZOPs, risk assessments, and safety reviews for system modifications, commissioning, and new deployments.
Partner with fabrication and commissioning teams to validate system designs, resolve field integration issues, and accelerate the implementation of design upgrades.
Analyze operational data from commercial and demonstration units to extract performance trends, identify bottlenecks, and guide engineering decisions and future designs.
Contribute to Revive's technical knowledge base by developing and documenting process improvements, system modifications, and standardized design modules for future deployments.
Required Qualifications
Prior coursework with a "B" or better in Mass, Heat, and Energy balance and Separation technology.
Knowledge and/or experience in process engineering design.
Strong safety record and mindset.
Excellent problem-solving and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills.
GPA of a 3.0 or better

The Data Analytics Intern will play a key supporting role in advancing the visibility, efficiency, and impact of the OnRamp Hub's programming for the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU), Department of War (DoW) mission partners, and non-traditional industry innovators. This intern will work closely with the team to gather, analyze, and visualize data to inform strategic decision-making, optimize program operations, and enhance stakeholder engagement across various initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a student with interests in national security, innovation ecosystems, or dual-use technologies to gain hands-on experience in data analytics, impact evaluation, and program support within a fast-paced, dynamic, and mission-driven environment. This internship is available immediately and will run until the end of the current academic year (May 2026), with a potential to extend through the summer or fall semesters of 2026 (December 2026). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: Data Collection and Analysis Support • Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from a variety of sources related to OnRamp Hub programming, outreach, and stakeholder engagement. • Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends, measure performance, and generate insights to inform strategic decisions. • Support the development of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate key findings to internal and external stakeholders. Program Evaluation and Reporting • Support the tracking and evaluation of key performance indicators (KPIs) for events, programs, and partnerships. • Analyze survey responses and qualitative feedback to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. • Assist in preparing data-driven reports and presentations that summarize program impact and outcomes. Program Operations Support • Collaborate with team members on maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in internal systems and spreadsheets. • Help streamline data workflows and documentation practices to improve team efficiency and data integrity. • Provide general support for project coordination, scheduling, and administrative tasks related to analytics and program operations. • Support other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in turning data into actionable insights. • Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or data visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio. • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and interpret quantitative and qualitative data accurately. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Interest or experience in program evaluation, reporting, or research in innovation, national security, or technology ecosystems is a plus. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours and up to 20 hours per week on site.

Compensation
