Are you a natural leader looking for hands-on experience in management? We are looking for motivated and talented university/college students in their junior or senior year to join our airport operations team.

As a management intern, you will spend time learning the business, rotating through various operational areas including Sales, Production and Customer Service. In the role, you will work side by side with associates and managers to drive business results and create positive customer experiences. In the Continental AM Budapest Artificial Intelligence Development Center, we are creating the next generation of software solutions to power safety-critical systems and enable autonomous driving features in new vehicles around the globe. We are working towards Vision Zero, a goal to eliminate thousands of fatal accidents happening every day on the world's roads. Our aim is to develop cutting edge techniques that sense and understand the vehicle environment.
YOUR FUTURE TEAM
You will join our AI Infrastructure team to provide high performance compute and storage capacity to AI Developer teams by maintaining a world-class on-premises HPC Cluster located in Frankfurt and in a local server room in Budapest.

Execute and monitor automated operational procedures Provide daily support to users Investigate operational issues React to alerts Refine monitoring and alerting Support the AI Infrastructure Team


Job Requirements


Ongoing studies at a Hungarian university (BSc, MSc) for further min 6 months where you are studying Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related area Intermediate experience in the following technologies and topics: TCP/IP networking, Docker, Linux Basic scripting skills in Python or Bash Good command of English language Collaborative, open-minded, team player attitude Ability to learn new technologies quickly Manage own workload independently and prioritize effectively Able to work 24 hours/week

With approximately 150 locations in 34 states, your internship could be anywhere. We ask that all interns be open to relocation for the summer.

All internships last approximately 12 weeks. Your start/end date can vary based on your final exam schedule and relocation needs. Internships are paid, and relocation assistance is provided (U-Haul cargo trailer). We also provide a housing and activity allowance, and Sonoco sponsored activities with other interns and new Emerging Leaders Associates.

To become an intern with Sonoco, there are a few key things you’ll need to have/had:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Masters degree program in Engineering, Sciences, Technology or Business majors
• Previous internship experience (preferably in Manufacturing or functional area)
• Proven leadership experience
• Technical aptitude
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
