Baseball Operations & Analytics Internship The Evansville Otters have seasonal unpaid internships available for the 2026 season. The internship positions are summer positions that start around April 1st and run through the conclusion of the season (early September). Built in 1915, Bosse Field is the third oldest operating ballpark in the country. Interns have a chance to work in one of America's last remaining true baseball cathedrals. Everyone working in minor league baseball wears many different “hats,” so a willingness to go above and beyond one's normal duties is expected. Candidates are required to be enthusiastic with a great desire to put on a night of entertainment and memories for all the fans at historic Bosse Field. This position is responsible for selling, receiving, delivering and maintaining inventory of parts and in an accurate, prompt and safe manner. We will reach out to qualified candidates whenever positions open up at a location you are interested in! Your Impact * Promotes, sells, quotes and fills product/parts orders and/or services to meet or exceed customer needs using parts catalogs/systems. * Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required. * Coordinates and verifies receipt of shipments, assists with placing stock in their proper inventory locations and processes related payments. * Assists in keeping areas clean and orderly. * Manages stock shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the manager. * Assists in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order. * May be required to operate material handling equipment and work evenings, weekends and holidays Your Experience and Qualifications * High school diploma or GED * Previous experience working with basic parts and industrial machinery/equipment. * Previous experience working in a parts / aftersales role within an automotive, industrial machinery/equipment or related business. * Previous experience using parts catalogs, systems and managing information utilizing a computer application system.
