This position is hybrid with 2-3 days in office at Fulton Bank's corporate headquarters in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The hours are 8:00-5:00 Monday-Friday.
The position is responsible for maintaining the Cash Management customer billings system (Account Analysis- AA). This includes normal maintenance and updates for pricing changes to customer accounts, ensuring monthly customer billings are correct and any reviewing/testing any applicable computer software changes to the programs/systems that control AA. Responsible for support the Cash Management Operating functions by executing agreements with customers for monitoring certain account balances and creating/maintaining proper documentation to support transfers related to these accounts. Other responsibilities include performing GL and IDDA account reconcilements, acting as a liaison between Treasury Management Sales and Product Teams to provide customer solutions and producing any pertinent financial reporting information required to provide management with timely and accurate results of operations.
Responsibilities- Maintain the Commercial Account Analysis (AA) System. Understand and explain the service charge fees that are represented on the account analysis statement. Be able to explain fees, earnings credits, compensating balances, and account analysis functionality to both internal and external customers. Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the commercial business account types along with bank's account analysis system.
- Collect all monthly billing information and input into the bank's account analysis system through manual data entry and uploading files from multiple systems. Process exception pricing requests in accordance with the department's pricing policy. Assist customers with billing adjustments and correct billing errors within the account analysis system. Process the account analysis statements and manual billing invoices for commercial and small business clients on a monthly basis.
- Update the commercial and cash management fee schedules within the bank's account analysis system, including but not limited to computing the earnings credit rate and negative earnings charge. Update and distribute exception pricing reports.
- Responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of the AA system, CM deposit and sweep products. Responsible for testing any proposed changes to any system affecting Cash Management. This includes processing the required test scripts and documenting the results to the application project team
- Support Cash Management Operating functions. Responsible for executing agreements with customers for monitoring certain account balances and creating/maintaining proper documentation to support transfers related to these accounts, including reviewing these agreements prior to implementation
- Provide account and general ledger reconciliation support for cash management accounts. Prepare quarterly account reconcilement checklist, including, audit support.
- Ensure daily, monitor repurchase agreements, corporate paper and mutual fund sweep accounts to ensure adequate securities are available and activity is reconciled to general ledger. Verify all requests to purchase or redeem funds for mutual funds via a secure Internet website and process all incoming requests for transferring funds between Cash Reserve Investment Management accounts and commercial bank deposit accounts. Prepare daily and monthly general ledger account reconciliations for all cash sweep accounts. Process monthly reconciliations and prepare the monthly reporting.
High School Diploma or equivalent. (Preferred)

Work with Branch Managers to achieve profit goals for the company while consistently improving market share.
You'd be responsible for:
1) Service Partner Identification & Engagement
Procurement/outreach On-site visit (subcontractor office/yard) /Relationship development Onboarding - General contract collection and compliance, including reference checking Enrolling service partner for planned jobsites and introduction to branch team Lead Subcontractor optimization to ensure quality and efficiency Assist in subcontractor pricing reviews/negotiations
2) New Contract / Renewal Support
