Key Responsibilities and Job Elements:

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of employee and performance management experience

- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience

DUTIES

Accepts consumer and HELOC loan applications.

Assists commercial, treasury, mortgage and other officers in client relations.
Assumes responsibility for branch loan portfolio performance.
Assists in past due loan collection.
Maintains and protects confidentiality of client information.
