Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Oversee all hospice operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards. Qualifications Bachelors degree required; Masters in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred. RN license strongly preferred but not required with proven hospice leadership and clinical oversight experience. 5+ years of hospice leadership in operations, administration, or business development. Deep knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and hospice regulations. Demonstrated success in improving operations, leading teams, and growing census. Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
