8. Provides guidance, orientation, training, and feedback to the Beef Shoppe and seafood department staff to ensure Beef Shoppe hosts achieve satisfactory performance standards and guest interaction.
9. Performs product preparation, receiving, stocking, and guest service as necessary to achieve standards.
10. Maintains the department's labor budget and ensures that optimal hours are scheduled for the department to maximize sales and guest service.
11. Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

* Electronically prepare the fiscal year-end inventory and maintain ongoing cost sheets showing menu items, up-to-date recipes, cost per ingredient, total cost, current selling price, and proposed selling price. Submit to the SDCS by June 1 of each year.
* Administer and maintain Food Services technology systems including point-of-sale platforms, TouchNet integrations, credit card processing compliance, digital scheduling platforms, and related tools in coordination with IT, Finance, and College Services.
* Provide operational support for catering including menu development, pricing, scheduling, event coordination, setup, service, and teardown for campus events and functions.
* Perform other tasks, including those not readily foreseen or anticipated.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

* Successful management and supervision experience.
* Minimum of two years directly related food service experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The District Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of multiple locations within a designated district. The role requires ensuring that all locations within the district meet and exceed customer service expectations, operational goals, and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and oversee multiple locations within the designated district
· Ensure that all locations are staffed with competent and well-trained employees who deliver exceptional customer service
· Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain consistency in service quality and operational efficiency
· Conduct regular audits of location operations to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
· Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer traffic and revenue growth

· Ensure that all locations adhere to local, state, and federal regulations governing the industry
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field preferred
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a district management or multi-unit management role in the industry or related automotive industry
· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
· Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and operational objectives
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Ability to analyze financial data and develop action plans to improve performance

The primary purpose of this role is to oversee a team of Store Operations Consultants and Store Operations Sr. Analysts. This role will manage the development and implementation of projects, best practices, and process improvements for an assigned store operations client group. This role supports the day-to-day store operations, including sales, service, technology, omni-channel, and store communications.
What You Will Do
Oversees the development and implementation of store improvement tools and processes, including workload planning and timelines.
Provides coaching, feedback, and training to direct reports to help with their development and performance.
Collaborates cross functionally to understand the needs of the business to effectively deliver projects, best practices, and process improvement initiatives.
Schedules regular meetings with Store Operations Consultants and Store Operations Sr. Analysts to deliver field feedback and initiate process for developing process improvements and recommendations.
Utilizes qualitative and quantitative analytics prior to development and after implementation to identify ROI, current/future state, and cost savings.
Provides regular written and verbal communication to Director Store Operations and/or assigned client groups on initiatives updates.
Identifies and recommends vendors (as needed) to support the design and implementation of store projects, best practices, and process improvements.
Communicates continuous improvement solutions to Director Store Operations and assigned client group.
Leverages customer facing technology to improve productivity and efficiency.
Works directly with key stakeholders to deliver on business needs, often requiring time in the field.
Minimum Qualifications

6 Years of Related Industry Experience (Installation, Repair or US Home Improvement)
