You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the region's paid social media initiatives You will: * Develop and oversee the regional paid social media strategy and manage and allocate paid social advertising budgets effectively. * Innovate and implement new social media strategies to enhance performance. * Ensure that paid social efforts align with broader digital media goals. * Provide Strategic Leadership -Lead the development and execution of the regional paid social strategy, guide the team to ensure social media planning aligns with overall marketing objectives and stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in social media. * Campaign Management - Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of regional paid social campaigns, collaborate with other digital media managers to ensure an integrated approach across all digital channels and analyze campaign performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement. * Stakeholder and Vendor Relations - Manage relationships with social media partners, agencies, and third-party vendors, provide insights and feedback to senior leadership on paid social performance and work closely with media teams to ensure localized execution of global strategies. * Compliance and Best Practices - Ensure all paid social activities comply with industry regulations and company policies and standardize reporting and campaign management practices across the team.
