Assists with the production, maintenance, and staffing of all productions, including special events and Festivals such as Halloween Haunt. Organizes entertainment-related hiring events (including industry-specific job fairs) and auditions to assist in the recruitment a staff of knowledgeable and fit employees to ensure Six Flags quality productions. Assists in the preparation of labor and expense operating budgets for the Live Entertainment Division. Monitors expenses on an ongoing basis and takes appropriate corrective action if necessary.
