SUMMARY: The Senior Field Operations Support Manager plays a critical role in supporting the company's mission of putting people first and delivering a world-class, one-of-a-kind hospitality experience. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to support training initiatives.
Develop instructional outlines and utilize appropriate teaching methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, workshops, and meetings where needed.

QUALIFICATIONS: The Senior Field Operations Support Manager should have a strong background in hospitality or training with exceptional communication and presentation skills. The Senior Field Operations Support Manager must have background in mentoring, coaching, developing and leading.
