What We're Looking For - Qualifications and Skills: A high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum two years' experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries. Operations experience in a leadership capacity. Perform duties outside of the office, when applicable, including on site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing. Work efficiently in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment and handle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards. Conduct additional tasks as directed by leadership. Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends.
