The Site Manager is responsible for staff scheduling, staff compliance to assigned training and education, oversight of HR related issues, ensuring that clinical care, documentation of care, billing, quality programming and regulatory compliance are met at all times. Monitors protocol compliance to ensure person served take medications as prescribed, have transportation available, receives daily skill building per program requirements, are linked to community resources and programs and follow household rules. All financial decisions such as ordering supplies, changing schedules, making staff assignments, authorizing overtime, hiring/terminating staff etc. are made in collaboration with the Residential Program Manager. Site Manager has responsibility of the physical environment and infection control standards. Site Manager is responsible of staff and person served safety ensuring that care is provided in safe and ethical manners. It is the expectation that Site Manager will facilitate the effective throughput based on the programmatic expectations, so all beds are utilized efficiently. Care coordination and community collaboration including close collaboration with all LBHS related programs is expected. Monitoring and managing program expenses and revenues is part of the job and that is done with the Residential Program Manager and/or Residential and Housing Program Director minimum monthly. It is the expectation that Site Manager always has all assigned programs ready for survey as it comes to DBHDD, CARF, DCH/HFR or any other related regulatory bodies including licensure related surveys. Follows the program requirements as described in the DBHDD Provider Manual and program specific contracts. Expected to develop and Implements Action Plans to address any areas not meeting organizational/regulatory standards. Daily monitoring of billing and documentation practices is expected. Must possess the ability to multi-task, flexible with work hours with 24/7 availability. Ability to provide clinical care when needed. Approximately 50% of work may be designated as clinical care. Ensures that all services are provided are done within the guidelines. Contributes to positive staff, person served and stakeholder satisfaction. Communicates all complaints and grievances timely and appropriately by reporting to according to established guidelines. Comply with guidance from the operations group, operations officer, and unit chief of scheduling when building the schedule. * Resolve scheduling conflicts (e.g. due to leave, medical appointments, etc.) for operations personnel and work with squadron leadership to ensure their availability for assigned tasks. * Obtain aircraft/equipment availability date from maintenance (MX) to inform planning. * Coordinate and implement short notice schedule changes to ensure full mission coverage. * Assist with determining ground, flight/terminal control, and simulator schedule requirements for initial qualification, mission qualification, upgrades, continuation training, and currency based on syllabus requirements, student progression, aircraft/equipment availability, airspace/range availability, and weather. * Track live, simulated, and academic training requirements to facilitate accurate scheduling as directed by the DO. Schedules shall be based on experience to mitigate Operational Risk Management (ORM). * Coordinate with Operations Support Squadron (OSS) and outside agencies to facilitate exercise and special event scheduling requirements (e.g. Flag Exercises, Weapons Evaluation, Weapons School Support, etc.). Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve complex production issues, support new product introductions, and optimize manufacturing processes. Champion compliance with AS9100, OSHA, and applicable regulatory and customer requirements. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency, downtime, scrap, and productivity; lead corrective action plans where needed. Support capital planning and technology improvements to ensure long-term competitiveness. Develop, coach, and mentor supervisors, engineers, and team leads to build leadership depth and operational capability. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning across the organization. Ensure effective maintenance practices and equipment reliability to minimize downtime and sustain production performance. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, technical field AND 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment - OR - in lieu of degree, 15 years of experience in a complex, precision-driven manufacturing environment 5+ years of progressive experience in a leadership role, with direct reports Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time bases without sponsorship now or in the future. Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated success managing small-to-mid-scale, but complex aerospace manufacturing operations. Strong understanding of metal fabrication, machining, and special processes for airfoils or rotating components. Experience leading Kaizen events and implementing Lean manufacturing tools (5S, standard work, value stream mapping, TPM). Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills. Proven record of leading teams, developing talent, and driving measurable improvements in performance. Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); ability to analyze data and develop clear, leadership-ready insights. Working Conditions Requires mobility in a manufacturing plant environment while using Personal Protective Equipment. Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk. Must be able to climb ladder, work on platforms, and climb stairs Personal protective equipment (e.g., safety glasses and safety shoes) is required on the shop floor Occasional weekend and evening work may be required to accommodate priorities, deadlines, and schedules.
