The District Manager is accountable for profitability, development of leaders, and operational performance while ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and system compliance in each location within their market. Each market consists of 5 to 8 locations. The District Manager works closely with marketing and recruiting to drive guest traffic and build internal talent pipelines of team members who are lead and developed into future leaders.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Essential duties may include but are not limited to the following:
Serves both the internal and external guest
Sets quarterly goals for each management team that are in line with the Zax LLC strategic plan and meet the required expectation for each metric
Acts as a funnel when information is needed to be passed down from Zax LLC headquarters and Zaxby's Franchising LLC to the field
Develops store level managers through influence and governance
Recruits future talent that fits the Zaxby's Culture
Focuses on building people so that they can in turn build the business
Explains the “Why” when coaching future leaders while also utilizing the Plan, Tell, Show, Do, Review (PTSDR) training method
Works a minimum of 6 hours in each location, within their district, bi-weekly
Plans and prepares for each store visit with the intention of development and commits to limiting outside distraction via cell phone or email during store visits
Conducts store inspections to ensure that brand standards and procedures are being upheld at all times
Ensures protection of the Brand through adherence to standards and policies
Uses creative and innovative strategies to create and maintain community partnerships with a variety of organizations
Collaborates with Zax LLC headquarters when needed to solve roadblocks within their district
All other duties necessary to ensure district operations function properly
Work with varying departments to select, evaluate, and approve opportunities for growth in the District

Qualifications

Experience managing cross-functional projects with measurable impact, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
Exposure to scaling operations through a combination of workflow automation and orchestration tooling (e.g., Zapier, Workato, Airflow, Google App Script, etc.), AI solutions, and effective use of BPO/vendor partnerships.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence across technical and non-technical teams.
Strong analytical skills, with comfort pulling, interpreting, and acting on large datasets using Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Mode; SQL familiarity is a plus).

Salary Range
San Francisco, CA: The pay range for this role is $127,000 - 175,000 per year.
This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors, including transferable skills, work experience, market demand, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Hybrid Faire employees currently go into the office 2 days per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Effective starting in January 2026, employees will be expected to go into the office on a third flex day of their choosing (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday). Additionally, hybrid in-office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Client Advisory
Serve on interdisciplinary client project teams to represent process development and manufacturing. Responsibility may include serving as the technical lead for one or more of these teams.
Collaborate with colleagues in the CMC group to develop strategies and workflows for bioprocessing including cell line development, process development, and manufacturing.
Lead identification and selection of CRO and CDMO partners for development and manufacture of drug substance and drug product through identification of potential partners, preparation of requests for proposal, review of proposals, and creation of detailed itemized proposal comparison.

Education/Qualifications
BS/MS/PhD in molecular and cell biology, biochemistry or biochemical engineering combined with 10+ years' experience in CMC related biologics development and manufacturing roles, including demonstrated competence in a leadership role.
Specific, in-depth expertise in a technical discipline; focus on manufacturing strategy and operations; knowledge of biologic manufacturing expression systems including both mammalian and microbial strains.

Reporting directly to the General Manager (GM) of Averon, the Director of GPO Operations plays a pivotal and strategic role within the organization. Responsibilities
Oversee the development, implementation, and continual improvement of Operations strategy by leveraging expertise in the specialty pharmaceutical market and GPO operations.
Support cross-functional teams to refine operational processes and technology solutions for Wholesaler Contract Load, Contract Alignment, and Membership Management (including roster management, manufacturer notifications, participant contract performance, etc.).
Stay informed about competitors and identify areas for unique positioning.
Collaborate with other departments to determine necessary changes to processes and technology, then create and deploy effective solutions.
Supervise all aspects of the GPO operating model and team, ensuring efficient and productive workflows.

Qualifications
Experience:
Targeting 5+ years of relevant professional experience.

Experience with pharmaceutical Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) and strategic partnerships.

Asset Operations includes dedicated professionals critical to the investment process. The team delivers information services and solutions to support all BlackRock and BlackRock Solutions businesses.
The duties involve actively overseeing risk and exposure for BlackRock by verifying that the investment book of record matches external prime record holders every day. This position requires knowledge of the reconciliation mechanics, managing exceptions, resolving problems, encouraging improvements in execution, analyzing data, keeping documentation updated, supporting management in process leadership, and suggesting ways to improve efficiency and accuracy.
The Vice President is a senior team member accountable for managing risk within the firm by supervising asset reconciliations along with exception management processes. We attest that BlackRock data matches custodians, prime brokers, and other primary record holders daily. You will advise the regional team, comprehend all reconciliation procedures, guarantee discrepancies are identified and addressed promptly, investigate and resolve underlying causes of problems.
