What Does An Operations Servicing Specialist Do At Wells Fargo

* differentiating, processing, and reconciling transactions; performing a variety of balancing tasks; producing department level reporting using multiple sources; May create and/or maintain databases.
* Candidate must be able to handle critical production or escalation issues while acting as a liaison to other internal departments, including technology and cashiering groups and external sources.
* Candidate may be involved in a variety of project team work.
* This could involve defining user requirements and contributing to production and workflow improvements.
* Other duties may include; create or revise departmental procedures; Provide training or work direction for staff; Provide back-up for numerous department functions; May address compliance and corporate governance issues for the department; May have extensive customer contact; Works under minimal supervision with some degree of independence.
* There will be a core servicing responsibility for a portfolio of privately placed leases and notes that WFS acts as Servicer.

* Identifies system and process errors, performs root cause analysis (RCA) to determine errors, and provides recommended systematic enhancements or process improvement to fix the error
* Acts as a consultant on systems and processes to management of other departments in order to influence future system enhancements through innovative thought and execution
* Partners with other departments and provides feedback to increase process stability and improve the customer experience, internally and externally
* Collaborates with leadership team to identify, define and measure departmental key goals
* Provides coaching to agents and supervisors on use of system and processes to enhance the internal and external customer experience
* Participates in multiple major projects simultaneously, may be project lead on occasion
