This position is ideal for someone who is organized, customer‑focused, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. What You'll Do Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments. Pick, pack, label, and prepare medical supplies and medications for delivery. Stock and maintain inventory, performing routine counts and expired‑product checks. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. Accurately enter data using computers, scanners, and warehouse system Clean and test returned rental equipment following company procedures. Perform preventative maintenance on pumps and other devices. Update equipment status in the tracking system (e.g., One Track). Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, carts, and hand tools. Handle medical waste and contaminated equipment using required safety protocols. Contact patients and caregivers to schedule deliveries and assess special needs. Deliver equipment, supplies, and medications promptly and professionally. Provide excellent customer service while protecting patient confidentiality. Participate in on‑call rotations to support operational needs. Follow OSHA, PPE, FDA, and company safety procedures. Maintain strict confidentiality of all patients and proprietary information. What You Bring High School diploma or GED required. Valid Florida driver's license. Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient computer and Microsoft Office skills. 1 year of warehouse or related experience preferred.
