Core Responsibilities Production Operations Support day-to-day execution of production processes, including 3D print farm management and quality assurance. Assist with design validation, prototyping, and process engineering to improve throughput and efficiency. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across manufacturing workflows. Process Optimization Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and help build scalable systems for production. Develop and document operational playbooks to streamline workflows. Partner with business leaders and additive manufacturing engineers to refine manufacturing processes. Operational Support Execute core functions that keep the business running day-to-day (e.g., order fulfillment, logistics, equipment oversight). Provide insights and updates to leadership on operational performance. Be a problem-solver who anticipates challenges and proactively drives solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Be available to work all 66 home games and other outside events as scheduled outside normal work week Prepping the stadium the open gates and securing the stadium upon completion of game as required Complete Safety Walks Construction, plumbing, and troubleshooting as needed Stadium Seating replacement Assisting in electrical and HVAC as needed Replace lighting fixtures and bulbs as needed Drive equipment such as forklift, scissor lift, maintenance cart, etc..
