Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and document daily ramp activities, ensuring data integrity and providing insights for management decision-making. Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains. Implement initiatives to streamline ramp operations, reduce turnaround times, and enhance overall operational performance. He/She develops and implements appropriate pharmacy policies and practices. The scope of the position is focused on clinical pharmacy services, inclusive of the operations to support it, oversight of the infusion center and relationship with the oncology service line, interface with provider leadership, seated representative to system Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee and leading local formulary efforts, engaged with the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency program, and matrixed relationship with system clinical services and quality.
