Role Description
We are looking for an experienced technician to lead a team of technicians to process and execute experimental cell build requests. In this role, you will work as a part of our Technical Operations' Build team to prioritize, schedule, and troubleshoot prototype subscale cell builds for our iron-air batteries. What you'll do:Manage the subscale cell build process with responsibility for work prioritization, scheduling, and build quality Develop, train, and mentor a growing team of 6-10 technicians Facilitate new prototype build processes while continuously improving existing processes Fabricate custom-built solutions for problems posed by our various R&D Cell Development teams, offering feedback and consultations on experiments Recommend, as well as lead in the installation and assembly of new equipment or tools
What you'll bring:5+ years working in an R&D assembly or manufacturing environment Experience with cross-functional coordination in an R&D or manufacturing environment Familiarity with electrochemical lab practices Strong sense of patience and safety in a fast-paced environment Comfort using digital tools, ticketing systems, and experience with CAD software

This role will function as a IT Security Supervisor over the areas of vulnerability management, security tool operations, and threat detection. This role will be responsible for a team of engineers and will be responsible for making sure that security products and services continue to be well maintained and supported. Partners with SOC and IR teams in the event of a security incident to ensure timely mitigation and remediation efforts are completed Creates and maintains proper procedure and control standards. Produces high quality oral and written work, presenting complex technical matters clearly and concisely with audiences ranging from peers to Sr. Management Maintains current knowledge with respect to technologies and products both in house and in the market. Recommends effective changes to enhance defense and response procedures
Drives team to evaluate, tests, and selects security tools and products. Technical Knowledge/Skill: Strong working knowledge of information systems security standards and practices Must be able to demonstrate enterprise tool implementation and maintenance. Should have a technical background that will allow for basic triage of issues and incidents related to security tools.
Manual or automated penetration testing experience or chaos engineering is preferred. Demonstrated experience in scripting and automation is preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, related technical field, or equivalent experience Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years of related experience with a minimum of four (4) years of experience in the field of information security Experience with implementing large scale enterprise tools and maintenance Knowledge of NIST 800-53/171 Demonstrated experience in vulnerability management preferred Demonstrated experience with vendor management preferred.
Demonstrated experience building teams is strongly preferred. Licenses & Certifications: Security certifications related are generally preferred and will be reviewed within the scope of the position Working Conditions: Must be available to work emergency restoration assignment as required.
Must be available to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary. On-Call and need to work off hours

The Supervisor, IT Operations will become part of a dedicated Information Technology team focusing the supervision of staff and ensuring the scheduling of batch jobs achieve the best computer utilization within the constraints of the systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Maintains AS400 host processing environments by loading, updating operating systems, application software.
Ensures optimum performance by monitoring changes, system resources and response times are consistent with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Maintains specific systems assigned to the Operations team including but not limited to the Email system (Delivery, SPAM, Encryption, and Archive), Physical Hardware Health and Maintenance (Storage and Servers), and any other systems assigned to the Operations Team.
Responsible for computer batch processing schedule and ensures that requirements are coordinated with the IT Operations staff.
Responsible for Disaster Recovery planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
A minimum of 10 years in in a medium sized multi-platform data center operations.
Prior experience supervising operations staff.
Prior knowledge of: OS400, CL (control language), operations automation software, tape management systems, scheduling and report distribution software.
Ability to calmly and effectively execute plans in Disaster Recovery situations.
Highly proficient computer skills i.e. Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to multi-task and set/achieve deadlines efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
