    Full Time / Salary / Exempt WORK SCHEDULE Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm To serve the University in facilitating, managing, and overseeing the coordination of efforts in Traditional Undergraduate Admissions. RESPONSIBILITIES Essential Functions: * Assist in interpreting institutional research data for the purposes of budget preparation, decision making, and planning. * Recommend for appointment, supervise, and evaluate assigned personnel. * Develop appropriate reporting systems and information flow for assigned areas. * Work with CUGS Director of Admissions Operations to manage data inputs and outputs. * Build, manage, and coach a high-performing admissions team. * Work with admissions staff to continually emphasize the importance of customer service. * Serve on institutional and denominational committees and represent the University at regional denominational events and NYI functions as required by the position or as recommended by the President and/or VP of CUGS Admissions and Student Success. * Build and manage the budget of assigned areas. * Work with the VP of CUGS Admissions and Student Success to establish annual and long-term new student enrollment targets. * Create and execute a recruiting strategy that allows the institution to compete in the marketplace. * Work with the staff to initiate and improve enrollment growth and service strategies to develop new markets, strengthen existing markets, and maintain focus on our Nazarene base. * Work with the SNU marketing team to develop and implement a cohesive marketing and communications plan to effectively convey the purposefully different SNU education. * Additional duties as assigned by the VP for CUGS Admissions and Student Success.
