POSITION SUMMARY
As a Physician Executive, the Market President will lead Emergency Medicine services at the EDs within 5 hospitals associated with St. Francis Health in the greater Tulsa, OK area. The Market President manages clinical operations, quality, and financial performance of their assigned market. This position interfaces among hospital administrators, the clinical management company, and site leadership and employees to ensure high levels of satisfaction with performance from all stakeholders. The Market President must reside, or be willing to relocate, within their assigned geographic area (Tulsa, OK) and will make routine visits at their assigned sites. Will work occasional clinical shifts (estimated 4-6 / month).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for all areas of operations for assigned market. Works closely with IES management's leadership and departments, hospital administration and leadership, and Site Medical Directors and department heads to ensure strong performance and conduct operational improvements as they arise.
Develops, manages, and promotes initiatives that improve the quality, service, and overall care of the populations we serve. Collaborates with necessary stakeholders and partners to develop and maintain a comprehensive strategy to monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality of patient care and patient experience. Provides executive oversight of the market to ensure that work environments are focused on the same and that employees are developed. Aligns company efforts surrounding quality, service, and care with client hospitals and systems. Protects the assets and intellectual property of IES and its subsidiaries and serves as a steward of company resources.
Leads the team to accountability regarding achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and key performance measures (KPMs). Develops and continuously enhances physician performance measures
Sets the vision and strategic direction for clinician resourcing and staffing. Manages workforce development, capacity analysis, and workforce deployment. Facilitates the recruitment and retention of a diverse team by partnering with site level leaders to ensure the identification, promotion, and success of candidates from diverse backgrounds.
Builds a culture within the market that can execute change to meet stated objectives. Drives market leaders to develop and implement solutions which improve physician engagement and support throughout different stages of the clinician experience. Leverages the full talent and expertise of market physician leaders through mentoring and attention.
Actively works to develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships between IES and partner hospitals. Maintains appropriate and efficient communication throughout the organization.

The Role
The Supply Chain Director reports directly to the plant VP of Operations and the Americas VP of Supply Chain. The position encompasses four key areas of work:
Sourcing: leads the company to decide where to buy and under which conditions and reflecting those conditions in our own internal communication systems (ie ERP) and contracts with suppliers.

What you will be responsible for:
Develop the Local Supply Chain team to a high performing organization by planning and developing the necessary personnel in agreement when applicable with other company key stakeholders, ensuring the correct application of tools and policies on training, career path and evaluations.
Assure the deployment and execution of the objectives and directives assigned to the Supply Chain function by the site VP Operations and the rest of the Supply Chain organization.
Assure the availability of Materials and Services at the required dates according to the company needs.
Define the right Material planning and ordering processes (MRP, reordering point, spot order, etc.) for each type of material or services, considering the key related business conditions such as customer orders lead time, supplier lead time, availability and reliability of bill of materials, etc.
Monitor the business development and maintain accordingly the key material planning parameters in the system such as min/max stock, reordering points, min order quantities and others.
Execute periodically the defined planning processes and send to suppliers via the defined communication channel (email, EDI, others) the corresponding material or services requests or orders coming out of the above-mentioned predefined planning processes.
Assure that supplier orders are inclusive of or make clear reference to all necessary documentation related to the conditions of purchase.
Manage and execute the defined process of receiving supplier confirmation for the received orders. Manage and escalate, if necessary, such cases in which those supplier order confirmations contradict, totally or partially, the requested purchasing conditions.
Understand the Market evolution: threats, opportunities and technological trends. Inform other affected areas in the company.

About the role

Job Summary
Oversees 24/7 operations of plant production. Ensures all required quality and regulatory standards are met. Assists in developing processes for maximizing safety, quality, productivity and stewardship. Assists in developing major goals to support broad functional objectives. MAIN POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Foster a team environment of strong communication, collaboration, and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
Provides leadership for employee relations through effective communications, coaching, training, and development to accomplish the company goals and objectives.
Foster a culture that includes an open, high trust, learning environment.
Drive overall plant operations which may include finance, manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, materials, quality assurance/control, human resources, and information systems.
Assist in developing a culture of high trust, clear metrics, leading indicators, ownership, and accountability.
Assist with aligning objectives within each function to achieve the business strategic goals.; including safety, quality, reliability, productivity, and people development.
Observe 24/7- daily operations to ensure facility performance is aligned to and achieves business objectives in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, and people development.
In conjunction with General Manager, coordinate plant activities through the planning with departmental managers to ensure the manufacturing objectives are accomplished and contribute to the overall success and instill a culture of accountability to perform against these objectives.
Understand and ensure all regulatory compliance standards are met.
Ensure technical objectives are met and any roadblocks or issues are quickly resolved.
This role will lead between 20-30 employees (Salary), strategic partners, and suppliers.
EMPLOYEE QUALIFICATIONS:
EMPLOYEE QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing equivalent.
Manufacturing experience of 7 plus years with 5 years operations leadership.
Experience in change management, process improvement and optimization.
Ability to lead in a way that builds trust with a passion to grow and develop self and others.
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels - from shop floor to executive leadership.
Willing to be accessible 24/7 and holidays to support facility as needed
