The ideal candidate will demonstrate patience, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to support our K-12 students with diverse needs. As a key representative of our school community, the Essential Piece Van Transportation Driver helps create a positive, welcoming, and secure environment for all student passengers while maintaining high standards of care a vehicle safety. The Essential Piece Van Transportation Driver will be operating primarily before and after school. Hours during school in-session days are as follows: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays: 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM; and 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM Wednesdays: 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM; and 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM *Safe driver training will be provided. No CDL is required! *Additional hours for special activities may be available. These activities include Special Olympics events and field trips. Transportation staff are crucial in the everyday functioning of students.
