Job Description: As a primary contact for customers, the Grocery Home Shopping Department Manager provides friendly, courteous, and helpful service. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Β· Ability to identify and locate items in a proficient manner within the three categories of the store (ambient, chilled, and frozen).
Β· Monitor the processing of all customers orders to ensure customers receive all products that have been ordered/charged for.
Β· Monitor/review the picking of orders to ensure time commitments are met.
Β· Bag grocery items and place into bins.
Β· Push filled cart (12 items per bin or lesser larger items 6 bins per cart) to the back room area to be staged on to hand trucks.
Β· Push loaded hand truck to the delivery truck.
Β· Load filled bins onto delivery truck. Ensure correct loading of truck.
Β· Train, schedule and supervise Personal Shoppers.
Β· Ensure all daily/weekly routines are adhered to to demonstrate due diligence with regard to legal compliance.

Pay: $16.66/hr base pay while working on the farm, with a $3.00/hr differential while driving (19.66/hr).
About the Role:
Are you ready to hit the road and be part of the heartbeat of the cannabis industry? We're looking for a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented team player to join our operations crew as a Cannabis Transport Driver & Processor.
In this exciting hybrid position, you'll split your time between driving and delivering top-quality cannabis products across our licensed facilities - and working hands-on in production, helping to process, package, and prepare our products for retail. Every day is different, fast-paced, and rewarding.

What You'll Do:
π Transportation & Delivery
Safely transport cannabis products between farms, labs, and retail stores while maintaining full compliance with state regulations.
Be the face of our brand - communicate professionally with customers and facility staff, keeping everyone updated on ETAs or changes.
Maintain accurate manifests and delivery logs to ensure a flawless chain of custody.
Keep your assigned vehicle clean, organized, and road-ready - schedule maintenance and report issues promptly.
Resolve route or delivery challenges with creativity and professionalism.
π± Processing & Production
Get hands-on with post-harvest processing - trimming, packaging, labeling, and preparing products for sale or testing.
Follow strict hygiene, safety, and compliance protocols to maintain quality standards.
Support special projects and R&D tasks as needed - no two days are ever quite the same!
Track and report inventory movement accurately.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum age 25 (per insurance/compliance requirements).
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
A calm, positive attitude under pressure and changing conditions.
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, sitting or standing for long periods, and working in both vehicle and facility environments.
Prior experience in driving, logistics, production, or the cannabis industry a big plus!
Must meet all state eligibility requirements for employment in the cannabis industry.
