Main Ingredients of the Job
Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled customer delivery times
Carefully unload products from the trailer with a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated customer storage areas
Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures
Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable
Professionally perform customer service responsibilities to enhance our client experience
Perform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspection
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift required
Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift) required
What You Bring to the Table
Register to the FMCSA Clearinghouse*
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $34.78 and $36.91

JOB DUTIES
Be punctual and have exceptional time management skills
Perform pre-trip inspection of your vehicle

We are hiring all up and down the front range, from Fort Collins to Pueblo.
Class A Truck Driver Entry Level. We have 22 openings for entry level class a drivers that will be filled this week.
After you obtained your Class A CDL license you found out just about no company will hire you without recent OTR experience. Many carriers won't give you a chance without experience we will.
Once approved you will come in for our two day Orientation. Once that is completed you will go out with a trainer for 4 weeks. The goal is to build your confidence behind the wheel and turn you into a good safe class a driver.
Trainee pay starts out at $650.00 per week. This pay rate is for your first 30 days only.
After training you'll come home to unwind. You will take 2-5 days off then get moved into your own truck with a huge pay raise from $1250~$1700 on average depending on which position you chose once in your own company truck.
You have to be flexible when you first start and be patient to get the run you desire. It can take a few weeks to maybe a month or so to get exactly what you want.
ie: One of our drivers chose a dedicated regional run. It was for a big box store. They get home every other day. He's making over $1400 per week. He also got a brand new company truck, a 2022 Freightliner after training
We have plenty of dedicated, regional and OTR runs. Local runs in the bigger city's.
The dedicated and regional runs get you home every week. Sometimes during the week depending where your load is going.
Drivers that run OTR, over the road runs get you home every 10-14 days for your days off.
When a certain position is filled that you want all you have to do is request to be put on that run with your terminal manager. You will be placed on the run asap once it becomes available.
When you work with us... We won't keep you in training for extended periods of time. We allow you to move up quickly making big pay checks. We will get you home more often. We use excellent maintained trucks that won't have you parked on the side of the road.

This is our application and hiring process, as well as the job details:
Once we receive your application, we will contact you and conduct a short phone interview to pre-qualify you.
Once we determine that you qualify, we will then review all of the job details with you and move you forward with the application process.
After this, we will help you fill out part 1 of our online application. We will email you a link to complete part 2 on your own.
The application will be reviewed by an Admin processor. You will then be contacted regarding your approval.
After being approved, you will be scheduled for driver orientation. We will schedule you for orientation in the Denver area.
We will reserve a hotel room for you. Breakfast will be served during Driver Qualification upon your arrival. Lunch is provided by the Qualification Team. Please plan on providing your own dinner. You can take advantage of the many dining options near the hotel.
Upon completion of orientation, you will officially be hired and go out with a driver trainer for 4 weeks. You will be paid $800 a week during this time.
After your training, you will then meet with a driver manager to choose a high paying position of your choosing if available. You will then become a solo driver and move into a FT position. Your pay will increase to anywhere from $1,100 - $1,300+ per week (depending on the run you choose) we also have a $1,000 per week minimum pay guarantee. Home times will vary depending on the run. (OTR, regional and local)
You will also be eligible for our full benefits package at 30 days: Medical, dental, vision, 401k retirement, $10k in company paid life insurance, disability insurance and paid vacation. Our trucks are newer well-maintained Freightliners (mostly autos)
