Conduct daily inspections on vehicles before, during and after operation and annotates findings on appropriate forms. Maintain satisfactory truck operability with regular fueling, cleaning, inspecting and reporting of problems to the Lead Driver and Project Manager. Load inventory pallets, materials and singular inventory items onto trucks and trailers using forklifts and manual methods. Inspect loads to ensure lack of movement and safe placement of inventory. Deliver inventory to customer sites and/or other delivery destinations, using verbal and/or written driving directions. Follow all local, state and federal rules governing road and highway traffic (speed limits, etc.). Report all personal traffic citations to supervisor immediately upon receipt.
