Summary/Objective: The Pneumatic/Vacuum Truck Operator will perform a wide range of physical activities that require strength and flexibility of whole body for handling, positioning, moving, and manipulating equipment and materials and vacuum truck operations. The Pneumatic/Vacuum Truck Operator will be responsible for driving and operating efficiently and safely all power equipment and vehicles in accordance with DOT laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Operate and set up all necessary equipment in accordance with operation training, guidelines and safety procedures.
Adhere to all safety policies and practices, including but not limited to personal protective gear.
Ability to work safely in and around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous, and industrial settings.
Manually clean, install, fit repair valves, caps, hoses, pumps, gaskets, and all other external and internal equipment.
Assist in general maintenance of company equipment, service, grease, etc.
Wash and clean company equipment - Pressure wash, clean cabs, etc.
General housekeeping - sweeping floors, taking out trash, and helping keep work areas clean and organized.
Help with future job load outs or unloads from previous jobs - Return equipment and PPE back to designated areas.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
1 Years' experience required behind an 18-wheeler.
Must possess a valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Must be capable of driving
manual transmission
in addition to automatic. No auto restrictions.
Must have TANKER Endorsement.
Must possess a valid Transportation Workers Identification card (TWIC) or be able to obtain one.

About the Role
Workday is seeking an experienced and strategic Global AV & Event Operations Service Owner to drive the operational excellence of our global AV event support and services. This is a critical role responsible for the strategic direction, management, and continuous improvement of our managed service provider (MSP) partnerships, and the development of our global AV support standards. You will act as the primary liaison between our MSP's, and internal partners like Real Estate (REW), Corporate Communications, AV Engineering, and various executive support teams, to ensure the seamless delivery of world-class events.

Strategic Oversight: Provide comprehensive oversight of our global AV managed service providers, starting with the dedicated team at the Pleasanton Meeting Center. You will be responsible for monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and the overall performance of the MSPs by developing a common scorecard. This includes other MSP's who provide AV services globally.
Partner & Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the key liaison for internal partners and executive stakeholders, ensuring the successful, end-to-end delivery of all events. This includes partnering with Corporate Communications and AV Engineering to define requirements and technical solutions for events, and ensuring white-glove service for all high-stakes, executive-level presentations and events.
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement: Drive the implementation of a strong AV service governance model, establishing standards and efficient processes for the Pleasanton Meeting Center and all global Workday locations, big or small. You will use data and analysis to identify trends and make recommendations to ensure the service runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. This includes leading continuous improvement initiatives, post-event debriefs, documenting escalation paths, and backup scenarios.
Global Standardization: Partner with our MSP's and support teams to establish and roll out global standards for AV service delivery, ensuring consistency, quality, and standardized reporting across all our locations. About You
Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of professional experience in executive-level AV and IT operations, with a proven track record of managing both onsite and offsite events in a high-pressure, high-visibility environment.
8+ years of experience delivering white-glove IT support services for C-level and senior executive teams, demonstrating discretion, professional maturity, and excellent problem-solving under pressure.
8+ years of experience with vendor management and contract governance, specifically working with large AV managed service providers.
Extensive experience establishing and scaling global standards and processes in an enterprise environment.
Experience applying IT Service Management (ITSM) principles (e.g., ITIL) to AV support, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management processes.
Knowledge of core AV and Broadcast technologies, including digital audio mixing, video streaming platforms (e.g., Zoom, Webex), large-format display systems, and event production signal flow.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
Respond to calls dispatched to you in a safe, timely manner. Provide roadside assistance in a safe, professional manner that is free of accidents, injuries and damage.
Communicate with dispatch in a professional, informative manner as it relates to information necessary to document your status in servicing a call as well as accurate ETA's when requested.
Professionally and safely perform emergency road service duties as may be dispatched to you, such as, but not necessarily limited to:
Perform damage free towing
Perform minor roadside repairs, excluding highways
Perform roadside towing of heavy duty vehicles such as

Garbage Trucks
Dump Trucks
Cement Trucks
Perform accident towing and scene clean-up
Daily inspects the truck for safety, organization and related equipment, tools, rigging inventory
Complete and turn in pre-shift inspection prior to beginning duty each day
Immediately reports tools or equipment damaged or missing;
Safe driving behavior is a must. Obey all traffic laws, drive defensively, always wear your seat belt, remember our 4-second following rule, minimize backing and left turns.
Trucks are kept clean inside and out; maintains the truck(s) fuel tanks half full at all times; Maintains truck fluid levels according to manufacturer standards and notes quantities added on the pre-shift inspection sheet.
Maintains the storage yard in a safe, clean and orderly manner. Ensures that all trash must be properly disposed of and not left in the truck or on the ground. Secures the storage yard when leaving.

Requirements:
Candidate must reside near their assigned area in order to meet customer service time requirements
Ability to successfully pass DOT medical exam
Current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record
All required state-based licensure

About the Role
Workday is seeking an experienced and strategic Global AV & Event Operations Service Owner to drive the operational excellence of our global AV event support and services. This is a critical role responsible for the strategic direction, management, and continuous improvement of our managed service provider (MSP) partnerships, and the development of our global AV support standards. You will act as the primary liaison between our MSP's, and internal partners like Real Estate (REW), Corporate Communications, AV Engineering, and various executive support teams, to ensure the seamless delivery of world-class events.

* Strategic Oversight: Provide comprehensive oversight of our global AV managed service providers, starting with the dedicated team at the Pleasanton Meeting Center. You will be responsible for monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and the overall performance of the MSPs by developing a common scorecard. This includes other MSP's who provide AV services globally.
* Partner & Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the key liaison for internal partners and executive stakeholders, ensuring the successful, end-to-end delivery of all events. This includes partnering with Corporate Communications and AV Engineering to define requirements and technical solutions for events, and ensuring white-glove service for all high-stakes, executive-level presentations and events.
* Operational Excellence & Process Improvement: Drive the implementation of a strong AV service governance model, establishing standards and efficient processes for the Pleasanton Meeting Center and all global Workday locations, big or small. You will use data and analysis to identify trends and make recommendations to ensure the service runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. About You
Basic Qualifications:
* 8+ years of professional experience in executive-level AV and IT operations, with a proven track record of managing both onsite and offsite events in a high-pressure, high-visibility environment.
* 8+ years of experience delivering white-glove IT support services for C-level and senior executive teams, demonstrating discretion, professional maturity, and excellent problem-solving under pressure.
* 8+ years of experience with vendor management and contract governance, specifically working with large AV managed service providers.
* Extensive experience establishing and scaling global standards and processes in an enterprise environment.
* Experience applying IT Service Management (ITSM) principles (e.g., ITIL) to AV support, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management processes.
* Knowledge of core AV and Broadcast technologies, including digital audio mixing, video streaming platforms (e.g., Zoom, Webex), large-format display systems, and event production signal flow.
